Ce studio de 18 m² situé dans la résidence Carlines I, quartier des Bruyères, conjugue praticité et localisation idéale pour les amateurs de ski. L'espace de vie comprend un canapé lit BZ double (140x190), complété par deux lits simples superposés (80x190) en entrée, offrant de la flexibilité pour 3 personnes. La cuisine équipée dispose de 2 plaques électriques, mini-four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetière et grille-pain pour préparer vos repas simples.
L'appartement bénéficie d'équipements pratiques : chauffage, ascenseur, salle de bain privée avec baignoire et douche, télévision et détecteur de fumée. Couettes fournies (2 simples et 1 double). Le balcon permet de profiter de la vue montagne. Casier à skis inclus pour ranger vos équipements en sécurité.

Gungor B. le 06/04/2025Appartement bien situé, proche des commerces, restaurants et des pistes de ski. Accès facile et emplacement pratique. En revanche, l’appartement m’a semblé un peu exigu pour trois personnes : il est difficile de se déplacer librement, notamment pour accéder à la terrasse, ce qui nécessite de bouger des meubles à chaque fois. Il manque également quelques ustensiles de cuisine de base pour pouvoir préparer des repas simples. Séjour tout de même satisfaisant dans l’ensemble.

The bathroom was clean but some items in the kitchen needed to be washed before we could use them. Overall it was a good stay for the price.
Traduire cet avis ?John le 27/02/2024Meublé lavandou : The location of the apartment was very good for restaurants /, the ski school /, bakery /, supermarket /, swimming pool /, ski pass shop /, ski rental shop and pretty much everything - although it might be challenging to get from the nearest roadway where you can unload the car to the front door of the apartment if it is snowy because there is a steep hill to go up and the under-cover walkway adjacent with steps can be difficult - The interior of apartment was warm with good heating /, good hot shower /, plenty of places to hang clothes - we would be happy to stay here again
Traduire cet avis ?John le 25/02/2024The instructions for getting the keys for our late arrival was not good enough - we were so lucky that my son had arrived earlier and knew where to get the keys as he had to collect his keys from the same agents earlier in the day - the collection point / safe for the collection of the keys is on the snow side of the building in a dark unlit veranda at 2 am in the morning when nobody is around to help find the place - people need a map of the collection point showing the main roadway where you unload your car showing how to get from the roadway to the key collection point - the map should also show the location of your apartment as that is the next problem after you have your keys
Didn't like the fact that very few people used the ski locker room at the apartment on level -1 and they take their skiing equipment / boots / skis / etc to there apartments despite there being many signs saying this wasn't allowed and nobody policed the requirement

avis favorable mais : La location était conforme au descriptif mais il serait agréable d'avoir à disposition un fonds de produits d'entretien afin de ne pas être obligé de tout acheter pour 5 jours. Un rouleau de papier toilette pour débuter serait appréciable également. Le débit en eau chaude est très limité il faut vraiment prendre sa douche très rapidement pour ne pas avoir que de l'eau froide. A préciser que l'agence n'a pas fait d'état des lieux à l'arrivée ni au départ.
