Cet appartement de 75,90 m² offre un cadre montagnard authentique au cœur du village. La pièce de vie lumineuse, exposée Sud-Est, dispose d'une cuisine équipée ouverte et donne accès à un balcon avec vue sur les pistes de ski. L'espace nuit comprend deux chambres avec lits simples (90 x 190 cm) et une mezzanine mansardée équipée d'un lit double (140 x 200 cm) et d'une salle d'eau avec douche. La buanderie, accessible depuis la mezzanine, intègre lave-linge et sèche-linge. Deux salles de bains complètent l'équipement, ainsi qu'un WC indépendant.
L'appartement bénéficie d'un parking couvert au sous-sol (2 voitures, hauteur max 2,45 m) et d'un casier à ski. Le chauffage électrique individuel, la télévision, le lecteur DVD, le lave-vaisselle, le four combi micro-onde et le WiFi assurent tout le confort. Situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur, le logement permet un accès à pied aux commerces, restaurants et départs de randonnée.

Amazing apartment : The location, The bathrooms, the living room, The amazing view at the piste and you only cross the road and the Chauvannes take you up to the Mountains! We definetly will come back!

Guest AirBnB le 02/04/2023A beautiful, sunny, bright and traditional apartment. Very close to the Chavannes lift and excellent for the High Street in Les Gets. A perfect apartment for two people, but a bit difficult for more than that because there is only one toilet. This is something I probably missed when booking, but it would have been very difficult if we had more than 2 people. There is an upstairs bedroom which is fine, but the stairs are not suitable for children or the elderly and although there is a bathroom in the bedroom, there is no toilet and so the occupants would have to get down in the night. Also, to note, you have to leave a very large deposit with the agent which they efficiently return at the end but this would be a large amount of money for some people to have access to. We arrived late, in the dark, in the torrential rain, and had great difficulty finding the apartment and we missed the parking entirely, which cost us 52 euros because we parked in the wrong place.
