Ce studio de 13 m² situé au 15e étage de la résidence Tougnette propose un accès direct aux pistes sans intermédiaire. L'exposition Nord-Est et le chauffage individuel assurent un confort optimal. La cuisine complète équipée de plaques à induction, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, four et appareil à raclette permet de préparer tous vos repas. Le séjour dispose d'une banquette lit simple et d'un lit gigogne pour accueillir deux personnes.
La salle de bains privée comprend une douche, lavabo, toilettes et sèche-serviette. Un casier à skis placard est aménagé à proximité directe de l'appartement. L'ascenseur facilite l'accès à cet étage élevé. Cet espace non-fumeur, situé à moins de 500 m du centre-ville et de l'ESF, bénéficie de la classification Confort avec label 3 flocons Or. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.
Ovidiu M. le 04/01/2025Is a nice cosy place 15th floor perfect for max. 2 people , the area is close to all you need,ski slopes out of elevators,ski locker side door to entrace in room,public parking free ,wiew at the parking.

There were even things like a soup stick blender that would make the property ideal for a longer stay. I was just on my own and it might have been tight with two. The bed was comfy and curtain / cushion fabric with skiing bears was cute. You can order fresh bread and pain au chocolates from Sherpa downstairs - delicious! Also can ski more or less from the building straight down to access Les Menuires’ main lifts. I found they were very responsive - replying the same day to my query about the location of the ski cupboard (by the front door, not in the basement). The only downside as a skier arriving by bus is it’s quite a trek with all your belongings to pick up the key from the Agence des Alpes, then go to the building up multiple stairs and gondola lift and then back again on the last day. It was quite a mission with suitcase, skis and boots. Seems more set up for car arrivals with a large car park at the building.
