alison le 29/12/2025Happy overall due to location and views but cramped bedrooms and kitchen and expensive : Good views, good location , warm , nice sectional sofa and x 2 nice bedrooms. Bathrooms good.
Good service to collect keys and nice staff.
Only one toilet for a potential max capacity of x 8 people, bunk bed room so small it was impossible to get dressed in it and no storage in that bedroom and the other double room.
No option to switch one of the doubles to two single beds which would have been better with x 4 children who are too old to share double beds. .
Kitchen very cramped for x8 people.
Locker for skis too small for x8 sets of skis.
Very expensive.

Super inconvenient experience, but nice apartment. : The apartment itself was nice, a really good view and pretty spacious for VT. The lock on the toilet did not work, and the ventilation in the toilet did not work. The building was relatively quiet which is nice for a family, and getting to the slopes was also easy, just a 50m walk from the door.
We arrived late in the evening, and retrieved our keys from a safe outside the agency, which worked out well enough. Linens and towels were included in our stay, and the beds were supposed to made upon arrival. When we opened the door to the apartment, no beds were made, no linens or towels were available. There was vomit on one of the walls, hairs and stains on all our mattresses. There is no 24h phone number for the agency, so there was no way to get a hold of them to get linens, or a clean apartment. Super inconvenient and with two kids under two years old, and not a situation I would want anyone else to experience. The kids crib and mattress that we rented where also absolutely disgusting with stains, but at least i had brought my own linens since they had warned me beforehand that they did not have linens that size. We rented a high chair that was placed in the apartment for our arrival. We payed beforehand for a Wi-fi box, which was not in the apartment (apparently the Wi-Fi in town was so bad they didn't want to put it there, and I had to get our money back). I went to speak to the agency the day after our arrival, showed them pictures of the beds and walls, and they said that they did not believe the cleaning team had been there. What is strange

Marc le 20/01/2024Comfortable. : No hay absolutamente nada, te lo tienes que traer todo de casa. Pretenden que dejes limpio el apartamento pero el aspirador estaba roto, el cubo de la fregona igual y la escoba tenía más años que yo.
