ADAM le 12/02/2026That there were no phone number to call in regards to the ski/boots locker area being closed. Could be an emergency number if the skis are forgotten there for someone to come and unlock the area for a fee. (This happened to us, which caused us to pay a quite large sum of money with a lot of hassle. It would be better to pay the same, but to a person to unlock the area which would be more convenient (but not less expensive).
Great and very helpful agency! Very good layout of the apartment with good equipment and enough space. The location to the pists was perfect and it was super close to the bar area. Convenient with ski locker and boots locker.

Georges C. le 11/01/2025Victor le 22/04/2024Great week in the beautiful Val Thorens skiing area : - It was difficult to find the apartment through the long corridors for the first time, A more explicit plan of the residence would be helpful.
- The elevators in the building are tiny. Need to spend a lot of time to move the belongings from the car to the apartment.
- The ski locker area could be opening earlier on weekends when people check-in/check-out. It opens at 8:00 and if you did not grab your skis & boots in the evening (before 19:00) you won't be able to check-out before that time.
- Not only is the building right on the slopes, it is easily reachable through multiple chairlifts and pistes. It was very convenient making a lunch break at home and bringing kids for a break after the ski school.
- The apartment is well equipped for its surface, including a dishwasher and a washing machine.
- There is a large parking area in front of the building, which facilitates the loading/unloading (it's paid, but you 1-2 EUR will be enough for the time you need to move your belongings).

A bit annoing.
Location was spot on, right by the ski slope, ski in / ski out.
The apartment would be a bit small for 5 people, but since we were just 2 it was perfect ;)

Apartment was in a good quiet location and next to the slopes. It was clean, well furnished and well equipped. The man on reception was very helpful and friendly.
