Cette villa de 3 chambres allie confort et proximité avec la mer. Composée de 2 chambres doubles et 1 chambre simple, elle dispose de 2 salles de bain équipées respectivement d'une douche et d'une baignoire. La cuisine entièrement équipée (four, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, grille-pain, micro-ondes) s'ouvre sur un vaste salon donnant accès au solarium avec transats, barbecue et coin repas extérieur.
La piscine privée et la climatisation assurent votre confort tout au long du séjour. Une terrasse sur le toit permet de profiter des vues sur la mer. Internet et télévision sont disponibles. La villa dispose également d'un lave-linge, d'un fer à repasser et d'un lit bébé pour les familles.
Le centre-ville avec ses bars, restaurants et boutiques est accessible à 15 minutes à pied. Les dunes de Corralejo et les Grandes Playas se trouvent à moins de 500 mètres. Les commerces sont à proximité et un arrêt de bus se situe à environ 750 mètres.
gayle le 01/11/2024Nice all round villa with just a few little modifications needed. The pool, lovely as it looks was absolutely freezing and could not be heated. This was one of the reasons we booked and we were unable to use a we would have want due to the temperature. The villa is a good 30 mins I to town but if you don't mind that, the location is 30 seconds to rocky point which is a spot used by surfers, windsurfers ect . There are a few beach bars with 5-10 mins, and a supermarket about 10 mins walk. Overall, a nice villa but unless the pool was heated, we wouldn't return.

ina le 09/03/2024Die Villa ist gut gelegen, sodass Restaurants und das Meer gut erreichbar sind. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung der Unterkunft (Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer) völlig ausreichend, könnte aber etwas gemütlicher sein. Auch wenn wir nicht viel Gebrauch davon gemacht haben, ist der Poolbereich sehr groß und lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Liegen könnten dennoch etwas bequemer sein. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Woche in der Villa und können diese auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Traduire cet avis ?janine le 27/01/2024Love the pool and garden. It smelt a bit musty on arrival and we had problems with the Wi-Fi however this was sorted for us. The beds were quite uncomfortable however having said all that we enjoyed our week even though it was quite a walk to the Campanario centre and the strip but we certainly kept our step count up

There are shaded areas with tables and chairs for outside dining. We hired a car for the duration of our holiday, it would have been a long walk to the main resort area but only a few minutes by car and taxi only €5. The air conditioning in all of the bedrooms ensured a comfortable nights sleep, was perfect. The resort itself has everything a family could want, great restaurants and we ended each night listening to live music at the Rock Bar. Definitely would come back

Traduire cet avis ?laurence imhoff le 08/03/2023The villa needs a bit of TLC. It’s a bit tired. The rental company should leave some cleaning materials so you could keep it clean during your stay. Lots of little stains in kitchen and bathroom which could easily be cleaned away. Small shower room drain cover not fixed in, all little things. There were no instructions or information details in the villa. Again, only a minor issue but it would have been nice to have details of nearest supermarket, restaurants, phone numbers for taxis, what to do with rubbish etc. The other issue with the property, which isn’t their fault, is the because the villa is so close to the beach - lovely - but it means a lot off surfers park in the road for the day. Not only are they noisy on their coming and going but it makes it hard to find a parking space. Finally, we would have liked the pool to have been heated but after 4 visits no one could get the heating to work (but the agent was responsive and did try got us).However, we did have a good holiday
