Ce duplex rénové de 110 m² offre un confortable séjour en famille ou entre amis. Au rez-de-chaussée, la cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée (plaques à induction, four, lave-vaisselle, appareil à raclette) communique avec l'espace repas et le salon avec canapé d'angle et accès balcon. Deux chambres complètent ce niveau : l'une avec lit double 160×200 cm, l'autre avec deux lits simples 90×200 cm. Une salle de douche à l'italienne avec double vasques et des toilettes indépendantes assurent le confort.
L'étage accueille une troisième chambre avec lit double 160×200 cm, ainsi qu'une alcôve aménagée de deux lits simples 85×190 cm, idéale pour les enfants. Une deuxième salle de douche à l'italienne avec toilettes complète l'équipement. Orientations Nord-Est et Sud-Est.
Le garage double (hauteur 2,20 m, largeur 2,30 m) facilite l'arrivée en voiture. Un casier à skis et un local chauffé avec sèche-chaussures privatifs sont à disposition. Wifi, chauffage et linge de maison fourni.

The elevator was not working during our stay. We were on the 4th floor which made it a tiring walk up at the end of a ski day.
This property is well maintained and is very well located in Morzine for easy access to the ski lifts and restaurants and bars.

Wonderful apartment that comfortably slept seven adults. It is in a fantastic location that is almost right beside the Pleney Lift, the road train to the Super Morzine lift, and lots of ski shops, bars and restaurants. The heated lockers in the basement of the building were great. The cooking equipment in the kitchen was also good.
The apartment was fantastic, however, unfortunately the lift was out of order for our entire week which was a bit of an inconvenience considering we were on the fourth floor - not the end of the world though!
