Au niveau 1, un salon avec cheminée ouvre sur une terrasse abritée exposée plein sud, complété par une cuisine indépendante entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, Sodastream) et une première chambre double en suite avec dressing et salle de bain privée. Un cellier attenant stocke les équipements de raclette et crêpière. Le niveau 2 propose trois chambres supplémentaires : une chambre enfant avec lits superposés, une chambre double avec douche et une chambre à deux lits simples avec douche. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend l'entrée et une buanderie commune. Le garage (H 2,50 m, L 2,40 m) et 2 places de parking extérieures assurent un stationnement sécurisé, tandis qu'un local à skis complète l'équipement. Chaise haute et lit bébé disponibles. Internet et chauffage inclus. Ménage de fin de séjour fourni, lits faits à l'arrivée.
Lorraine le 05/03/2025Very comfortable and spacious apartment in good location. : Spacious, very comfortable, good kitchen and living area, and in a reasonably good location . 400 metre walk uphill and then across the bridge to the super Morzine lift. 1km to pleney lift (where ESF /all lessons operate from ) but there’s a bus operating every thirty mins with a stop outside the premises. You can see the slopes from the dining room table. Nice outside area. Great bedrooms. Morzine village/town is a short 7 min stroll and the supermarket is a 5 min walk.
The pathways immediately outside the property do not offer safe and unobstructed access for pedestrians . Entirely unsuitable for wheelchair users. We had to step on to the road with heavy traffic many times with the kids , including to get on the bus. Cars parked on footpaths being a major issue. Not the property’s fault but nonetheless it’s a safety issue. The locker room downstairs is spacious but could do with being heated. Otherwise good laundry facilities.
