Cet appartement de 64 m² rénové accueille 6 personnes au rez-de-chaussée surélevé de la résidence. Il comprend deux chambres : la première avec lit double et salle de douche attenante, la seconde avec deux lits simples et un lit double. Une salle de douche commune équipée d'un lave-linge et un WC indépendant complètent les sanitaires.
Le séjour ouvert sur cuisine dispose d'une baie vitrée donnant accès à un balcon exposé sud et au jardin de la copropriété. La cuisine aménagée intègre plaques induction, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et congélateur. La résidence propose un casier à skis, accès Internet, parking extérieur et chauffage collectif. Le linge de maison est fourni en kit. Commerces et écoles de ski se situent à moins de 1 km, l'aéroport de Genève à 90 km.
Guest AirBnB le 18/02/2024Very well equipped apartment with spacious bedrooms and living space. Kitchen had everything you could ask for! The check in process is quite convoluted as you have to go into the agents officer about a 15 min walk away to collect the keys, pay for cleaning and also return the keys (despite the key safe on the door!). The apartment has quite thin walls and neighbours can be heard very easily. There is a ski locker in the basement. It is well located to the Pleney lift. Overall I’d recommend as compared to other apartments in the town it is very well furnished and much more spacious. Just sort out the silly check in process.

The property was extremely well equipped, with everything we could have asked for. The location is ideal for both the super Morzine and Pleney lifts. There is a supermarket nearby which is ample for everything needed. The staff were really helpful and returned the €500 deposit within a week

It would be nice if the beds were made and there wasn’t an additional cleaning fee. Also, be aware that linen and towels are an additional fee. The locker for skis is snug for 4 sets of skis but is good enough.
