Ce duplex de 74 m² situé au 2e étage accueille confortablement 6 personnes dans 3 chambres distinctes. Le rez-de-chaussée propose un séjour lumineux avec coin cuisine équipé (cuisinière, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes), une baie vitrée ouvrant sur un balcon exposé sud avec vue dégagée. Une première chambre avec lit double (140x190) dispose de sa salle de bains privée et d'un WC indépendant.
L'étage accueille deux chambres supplémentaires : l'une avec lit double et une fenêtre, l'autre mansardée avec deux lits simples. Une salle de bains commune équipée d'un lave-linge complète cet étage, avec WC séparé. Le linge de maison est fourni en kit (draps, serviettes, tapis de bains).
La résidence sans ascenseur compte 12 logements. Parking extérieur non nominatif disponible. Chauffage électrique inclus. Internet Wifi pour rester connecté. À 700 m du centre, vous profitez d'une situation calme tout en étant à proximité immédiate des accès aux domaines skiables : 550 m de la télécabine Super Morzine (Avoriaz) et 650 m du Téléphérique du Pléney (Morzine/Les Gets).
Jiten Y. le 03/02/2026The agency kept calling me to come to their office to pay tourist tax, they then said that it was included but they must take a €500 deposit which I obliged (I should have refused). They then said to check out, just put the linen in the bag, which I did. They now are withholding the deposit because there are two bin bags left and a hair in the sink. This is an absolute scam. Do not stay here.

I assume this means the apartment hadn't been properly cleaned before we arrived too. We also had to make the beds ourselves which is something the host should do for guests3. lastly there was no key lockbox at the apartment so we had to walk 5-10 mins to the local office to collect / drop-off the keys
