Ce duplex montagnard de 82 m² occupe le 3e et dernier étage d'une petite résidence calme et familiale, sans ascenseur. Réparti sur deux niveaux avec poutres apparentes, il associe confort et authenticité : séjour spacieux avec cheminée et vue Sud sur Bellevarde, quatre chambres bien aménagées, deux cuisines équipées (fours, plaques induction, lave-vaisselle, appareils à raclette et fondue), et trois sanitaires. Chaque chambre dispose de son équipement spécifique : lits superposés, lits simples ou lit double avec salle de douche ouverte.
Les points forts : accès direct aux pistes à 100 m, balcons Sud, bois de cheminée fourni, lits faits à l'arrivée, ménage et draps inclus, lave-linge séchant, sèche-chaussures et casier à skis dédié au rez-de-chaussée. Chauffage, WiFi et télévision complètent l'équipement. Parking à louer séparément. Idéal pour 8 personnes en semaine (location dimanche-dimanche).

We knew there were only 2 bathrooms but another one would have been good. Kitchen well equipped and living area fantastic. Lovely south facing balcony with ski in ski out skiing. Very peaceful central location.
