Ce duplex de 150 m² occupe le 4e et dernier étage du chalet Jade, offrant une vue panoramique depuis sa terrasse couverte exposée Est. L'appartement allie bois massif et prestations haut de gamme : grand séjour avec cheminée (bois fourni), poutres apparentes et volume sous plafond, home cinéma intégré. La cuisine ouverte avec îlot central propose un équipement complet : lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur américain, ainsi que petit électroménager spécialisé (Nespresso, fondue, raclette, mixeur soup).
Les 4 chambres distribuent 10 couchages : chambre maître avec lit 180×200 et salle d'eau attenante, chambre avec lits superposés et simples, deux autres chambres avec télévisions et douches privées. Au rez-de-chaussée commun : sauna avec douche/WC, buanderie (lave-linge, sèche-linge), grand casier à skis avec chauffe-chaussures, et 2 parkings couverts. Great Location & view, warm & authentic, highly recommended! : The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, bars, and lifts. Access to the place is a bit tricky due to stairs, which can be challenging when carrying bags at check-in and check-out. The apartment itself is cozy, authentic, and beautifully decorated, it truly feels like home. Everything worked well, with enough kitchenware/towels etc. provided. The balcony offers a nice town view, and the fireplace created a warm, pleasant atmosphere. Note that the 4th bedroom is better suited for kids, as it may be uncomfortable for tall adults. Sauna and ski room is a big plus. Highly recommended!
