Cette maison de caractère conjugue élégance et fonctionnalité sur trois niveaux. Au rez-de-chaussée, un vaste espace de vie avec salon équipé d'une TV à écran plat et coin salle à manger s'ouvre sur une terrasse plein sud où trône le jacuzzi. La cuisine aménagée (plaque à induction, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur) facilite vos repas en famille.
L'étage propose trois chambres : une avec lit king size 160×200, une avec lit double 140×200, et une avec deux lits simples 90×200 fusionnables. Une salle de bains avec baignoire et un WC indépendant complètent cet étage. Le second niveau accueille une suite parentale raffinée : lit king size 180×200, salle de bains avec douche et baignoire, WC séparé et dressing. Le sous-sol offre un espace détente avec canapé-lit 140×200.
Deux stationnements privés (garage fermé et parking extérieur) garantissent votre tranquillité. Linge de lit, serviettes, ménage de fin de séjour, chauffage, Wi-Fi et connexion Internet sont inclus.
Laura H. le 12/06/2026Die Unterkunft in Colmar war perfekt. Alles genau wie beschrieben. Wir waren eine Mädelsgruppe (8 Personen) und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und durch die großen Fenster hell. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man schon zu Fuß im Zentrum Colmars und hat eine riesige Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Trotzdem war es nachts total ruhig und man hat nichts vom Leben in der Stadt mitbekommen. Vor dem Check-in gab es viele Informationen zum Parken, dem Whirlpool und der Schlüsselbox. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und sind rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank 🌸

L’appartement était très propre, spacieux et confortable pour tout le monde. Les informations concernant le check-in et le check-out étaient claires et bien expliquées, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très facile. Richard M. le 09/12/2025Stayed for 3 nights for the Christmas Markets 2025 as an extended family of 7. We had a brilliant stay. The property was well situate for walking to the centre of Colmar and all facilities and pictures were as described. The property was very spacious and the hosts communicated well beforehand with all necessary instructions . Would highly recommend . Just one point to note, the address is actually 1A and not 1 as described which may be useful if trying to find the keysafe in the dark! Also the property is handled by agents and then the local maintenance and cleaning is contracted locally so the chain of communication needs to be understood!

1. The main bedroom is a nice large space with an open ensuite. It is fully open, including the toilet, so not ideal for couples (at least we ended up using the other toilets in the house instead)
2. The basement was quite damp. The fold out bed was made up, but we ended up with two teenagers sharing a room instead. The house is big enough that we could make it work comfortably without using the basement, but having that extra space was one of the selling points
The communication, documentation and guidance was excellent, and despite the caveats we would definitely consider staying at the house again.

The kitchen has everything you need—we went with 2x 4yo and a 2 year old and they loved the completely enclosed outdoor space with picnic table. Hosts were very proactive with fantastic instructions on how to check in and park. Two parking spots included, one in a small garage. Our 2008 Prius could fit but was tight. Outdoor parking spot reserved for the home had plenty of room for a SUV. We hope to stay there again!

Leider war es nicht so sauber wie gehofft. Das Sofa war sehr dreckig und auch die Bettwäsche fleckig. All in all war unser Aufenthalt hier aber super!

There are a few things worthwhile knowing in advance: Although declared that tax is included, there is also tourist tax to be paid. The agency that runs the place demands that this and the deposit of 1000 Euro would be transferred to the agency in advance (We tried to do it but there were complications and we could not complete the process. Eventually the agency agreed we would pay it when we arrive but they were not willing to meet us at the house and demanded we come to their office at work hours).
Short time before our arrival, after we have paid everything in advance with no cancelation possibility, the agency informed us that one of the toilets (the one on the bedrooms floor) is not working and cannot be fixed until after our stay. This was extremely uncomfortable, but the agency people did not seem to understand it. However, two days later they did come and fix it.
Later the agency people did show consideration in other matters. And our final experience was a good one.

Kurzzrip Colmar : Grosses Ferienhaus das alles hält, was es verspricht. Es ist sehr geräumig - wir waren 9 Personen - die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sehr sauber.
Es hat alles perfekt geklappt, wir können nur 5 Sterne vergeben und eine Empfehlung aussprechen. ☺️

Klimaanlage wäre gut gewesen. Waren leider zu einer Zeit dort, als es über 30 Grad hatte. Hellhörig.

Cette maison est louée pour 10 personnes,
Il faut au moins deux places réservées, surtout au moment des marchés de Noël.
Stationner sur le parking d'Auchan n'est pas une alternative, il faut tout de même sortir le véhicule la nuit, et sur plusieurs jours cela coûte cher.
