Appartement 34 m² pour 4-6 personnes au cœur des Menuires. Balcon, parking inclus, accès gratuit à hammam, sauna et piscine en hiver.
Cet appartement 3 pièces de 34 m² offre un confortable refuge pour 4 à 6 personnes. Il comprend une chambre avec lit double, une cabine avec deux lits superposés, et un séjour doté d'un canapé-lit convertible Rapido. La salle de bain avec baignoire et le WC indépendant complètent les espaces intimes.
La cuisine américaine est bien équipée : plaques vitrocéramiques, four combiné, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, grille-pain, bouilloire et deux types de cafetière. L'appartement, situé au 2e étage du chalet Danaïdes B, dispose d'un balcon et d'un accès direct par ascenseur. Le carrelage recouvre tous les sols.
Votre place de parking n°42 au sous-sol (-1) vous attend (hauteur : 1,80 m max). En hiver, accédez gratuitement au hammam, sauna, piscine et espace fitness. Un casier à skis facilite le rangement du matériel. Les pistes de ski et l'ESF sont à moins de 100 m. Linge de lit et draps de bain inclus en hiver (hors court séjour).

Logement vieillot et exiguë : Cet appartement mériterait une rénovation. L'électro ménager est vieillissant, bruyant (lave-vaisselle).
Nous n'étions que 2 dans un appartement sensé accueillir 6 personnes. Je ne vois pas 6 personnes vivre une semaine dans un espace aussi exiguë, la chambre "cabine" avec lits superposés n'a même pas d'ouverture vers l'extérieur : c'est un placard !

Guest AirBnB le 18/02/2024The location was perfect! It was so quick and easy to access the slopes each morning. Thoroughly enjoyed that. The property is smaller than the pictures imply but it was fine for 4 people. Would not recommend 6 staying there.The main frustration was checking in and finding the property. The check in location is in a different area to the property. Luckily we had hired a car otherwise you wouldn’t have to get multiple buses. Also the airbnb host is not the people you liaise with so although the airbnb team are responsive you have to email a seperate company. Not a problem but we would have preferred to know that upfront. There were no check out instructions so we made a guess based on information provided to a friend who was staying in a similar residence nearby. Access to the sauna was a great bonus. We also had the previous stays dirty linen left in the property which we had to deal with. Again a small thing but not needed on a holiday.
