As we arrived on a Saturday and the contact Person did not pickup the phone and the hotline from Novasol was not helpful, we had to stay two days in a not clean apartment, as there was not even any cleaning products in the apartment.On Monday, after calling several times, we finally reached someone and at our insistence someone was sent over with fresh bed linen, towels and to clean. Another negative thing we noticed was that there was no toilet paper even for the first day. Another negative point is that there is no possibility to hang up the washed laundry, as there is no clothesline or clothes horse.Yes, the washing machine has an integrated tumble dryer, but not everything can be dried in the tumble dryer. And last but not least, there is no possibility to hang up the towels in the bathroom.
