Une buanderie avec lave-linge est à votre disposition.
Les trois chambres accueillent 6 personnes : la chambre principale avec lit king-size (180 × 200 cm) bénéficie d'une vue océan et d'une salle de bains attenante à douche à l'italienne ; deux chambres doubles complètent l'offre avec lits jumeaux ou lit simple avec gigogne. Toutes disposent de matelas fermes et linge 100 % coton.
La terrasse exposée plein sud, meublée d'une table à manger et d'un coin salon, offre une vue imprenable sur l'Atlantique. La plage de sable noir de Playa La Nea se trouve à 30 mètres. The location is fantastic, with proximity to the beach and the convenience of a garage parking space, albeit a bit tight.On the downside, the apartment is incredibly sound-sensitive; I could hear the neighbors snoring every night, prompting me to use earplugs. Moreover, one neighbor played the piano for about 90 minutes daily, sometimes even after 22:00. Given the thin walls, it felt as if the piano was in our own apartment. The overall furnishings are quite basic and lack a sense of quality. The beds are decent, but the pillows are uncomfortable, resembling yoga blocks more than proper bedding.In summary, despite the good location, the accommodation falls short of its value. The noise, particularly the late-night piano playing, and the lack of quality amenities make it difficult to justify the cost.

The apartment is exquisitely furnished and well-equipped, with attention to detail that truly stood out. However, be aware that mobile phone and internet reception is quite weak in and around the building, which may affect some connectivity needs. Despite this, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and we are eager to return in the future.
