Vista meravigliosa : L'appartamento è molto spazioso, con una splendida vista sul mare e sul lungomare di Porto. L'arredamento offre tutto il necessario, ma è già un po' datato. Una piccola ristrutturazione non guasterebbe. Data la posizione, è anche un po' rumoroso, quindi non adatto a chi è sensibile ai rumori. La piccola camera da letto non ha l'aria condizionata, solo un piccolo ventilatore. Ma la vista e la posizione compensano tutto.

Great Views : Good location in P.S. Stefano. Fabio was very pleasant to deal with. Best part is the view from the balcony. A few updates would make a huge improvement. Kitchen needs more utensils, a toaster & a coffee maker that makes more than one cup of coffee at a time( especially for us North Americans who love our morning cup of coffee). Dishwasher is broken-either replace or just get rid of it. Main issue is the mattress in the main bedroom is just awful-definitely worth replacing. Very hard on my older bones-had to put pillows underneath me to help sleep. Now all this being said, I would still recommend the place, but do be prepared for stair climbing, (3rd floor) but this is usual in much of Europe). The views from the balcony really are breathtaking; we spent much time sitting there taking it in & Fabio was very prompt in responding to emails while we were there. Also, the apt is quite spacious, except the bathroom is a bit snug & it was very clean on arrival.

Tolle Lage, befriedigende Ausstattung : Super Lage, Blick aufs Meer wie beschrieben, vormittags Balkon in der Sonne. Essen im Wohnzimmer mit Blick aufs Meer möglich.
Die Scheiben in der Balkontür sind verschmutzt, und zwar in den Zwischenräumen der Scheiben, von außen also nicht zu reinigen:(
Die Betten sind allerdings durchgelesen bzw. eine Matratze auf einem Brett. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer komplett durchgesessen. In der Küche keine Schere, keine Pfanne, ansonsten alles da, was man braucht.
Parkplatz mit Anwohnerausweis, den bei der Ankunft erhält. Es kostete dennoch €2,- pro Tag. Ich war von einem kostenlosen Parkplatz ausgegangen! Die € 20,- für die 10 Tage hätte ich gerne erstattet bekommen!

Ottima posizione. Bella vista : Appartamento grande e confortevole. Siamo stati bene ! Eravamo in 5. Io, mia moglie e tre figli di 6,12 e 14 anni.
