Cet appartement au premier étage bénéficie d'une situation privilégiée en première ligne de promenade, face à la baie. Le salon lumineux ouvre directement sur un balcon et une terrasse, d'où vous jouirez de la vue sur les eaux cristallines et la plage. La cuisine séparée est équipée d'une plaque vitrocéramique, four, micro-ondes, machine à café et grille-pain. Une salle de bain avec douche complète l'espace commun.
Les deux chambres disposent respectivement d'un grand lit et d'un lit double, tandis que le salon accueille un canapé-lit pour deux personnes supplémentaires. Vous profiterez également d'une lave-linge, fer à repasser, télévision et bien sûr du Wi-Fi inclus. Accès privé et salle de bain privée. Meubles de jardin et congélateur disponibles. Cette décoration récente conjugue confort et situation en front de mer pour des vacances au cœur de la Costa Brava.

The property location and the view from the balcony were exceptional. The beach right outside the front door is great for relaxing and swimming and theres plenty to do in the area.
(-) : Its a tight squeeze for more than 2 people and the living room is very basic.

(-) : it’s a very tired property and not well looked after - cracks in tiles, bits missing out of furniture, and kitchen equipment old/ and cheap ( lost two times power in the house until realising that the kettle is broken and water can enter and creat a short- and from the look this was broken for a long time- lucky nobody got electrocuted) also the cleaning is not well done- dirt in the corners, the fan in the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a long time , and the caked on silicon around the shower has a lot of dirty and mould) a shame it could be a fantastic property ( especially due to location) but clearly owners/ property management don’t bother too much

(-) : The apartment is in need of a complete refurb. The pictures on booking.com were obviously taken some time ago and in no way represent the current view. The bathroom is a disgrace with ingrained grime around the shower base. The bottom of the toilet bowl is black with lime scale. The rest of the apartment is in poor decorative order. The two seater sofa has many marks on it. It boasts a fully fitted kitchen with an electric kettle and microwave. The kettle is not electric you have to heat it on the hob and it has a whistle to let you know it is boiled, the microwave does not work properly because the internal plate is not the correct one for this microwave. There is no air con and heating, if needed, is by way of two rusty electric radiators. The cooling system is a ceiling fan and a stand alone fan. The blurb indicates this would suit 4/6 people but there is only lounge seating for two, the balcony can barely accommodate two. Grossly overpriced for what you get and in the peak season extortionate.
