Spacious and sunny terrace of 52 m2, overlooking the sea, the beach, and the famous Jandia Lighthouse, where you have two comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the sun, a table to eat, dine or enjoy the terrace, and four chairs . There is also a shower on the terrace.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building with Private pool for exclusive use. It has three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 m. It has its own bathroom with bath-shower, Wc, and with two sinks. A large wardrobe where you can store your luggage. From this bedroom you can enjoy a magnificent beach view, and you have direct access to the large and sunny terrace.
The bedroom 2, has two single beds of 90, also with a large wardrobe.
The bedroom 3, have a single bed of 90, a wardrobe and a study table to work with a laptop if you wish. From this bedroom, you can also access the terrace.
You have a common bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
In the living room, you have space for five people, sofas, TV with international channels, and stereo, with CD player. There is Wifi in the whole apartment.
Kitchen equipped with everything you need, (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine with filter, Nesspreso coffee machine, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, crockery of all kinds, pans and more).
The beach is near the apartment complex, you can walk if you wish, it is less than 10 minutes walking. At about two hundred meters, there is a dialysis center. And at about four hundred meters, is the area where you can find all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, clothing stores, car rental offices, jewelry stores, perfumeries and much more. At only three hundred meters, there is a path where you can walk through the mountains
To access the apartment, you must go down three short flights of stairs
