This pretty semi-detached villa is set in a beautiful, lush Mediterranean garden in a secluded and quiet location, just a few minutes' walk from the village centre and the sea. Mirto is a charming and spacious semi-detached villa of 80 square metres, furnished with taste and comfort. The covered terrace with dining table and seating area, and the garden double the living space. In summer, you can spend most of your time outdoors. Il Mirto is part of a group of five villas in a secluded location, surrounded by lush Mediterranean maquis with oleander, bougainvillea, jasmine, wildflowers and agaves. In spring, a carpet of flowering cacti with pink and yellow flowers is a real attraction.

The villa is within walking distance of the village with its supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzeria and beaches. A car is not necessary. The villa is also suitable for elderly people, although there are some steps in the garden.

Unexpected rock formations, reminiscent of prehistoric caves, surround the residence and invite you to climb them, offering a breathtaking view of the coast and small islands in the distance. They also offer an unforgettable setting for an evening drink or an afternoon snack.

One bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower and WC, one bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) and a further bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. The large covered terrace with dining table and seating area and the small furnished garden in front make this villa very spacious.
The house is furnished in a modern style and has a living room with TV, a dining and sitting area and a small kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner oven, microwave, etc.
Further exterior details: covered terrace, small private garden, private parking space for one car. From the gate, a 10-15 m long path with some steps leads to the entrance of the villa. The beaches of Liscia di Vacca are all freely accessible, sandy or partly rocky, mostly secluded and hidden. Marinas, small harbours, sailing and surfing schools and entertainment options for all ages will ensure you have a pleasant stay every day of your holiday. Nearby are Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia: small, trendy harbour towns with exclusive shops, restaurants and nightclubs.

Hikers and cyclists will find beautiful trails in the surroundings, while climbing enthusiasts will find plenty of choice.
