A new holiday flat in Sicily in the historic centre of Modica, with a shared garden and small terrace overlooking the dome of San Giorgio Cathedral. It has a cosy and refined interior and is ideal for a holiday in Sicily for families or couples.

The accommodation offers a furnished terrace with a view of the dome of the Cathedral of San Giorgio.
A garden, shared with the accommodation next door, is accessed via a flight of steps and a characteristic stone passageway.

Interior of the flat
The flat is furnished in an original and refined antique style, with white stone walls, a wooden ceiling and floors in pitch stone and decorated tiles.
The living area is a single room with a dining table and a kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and electric oven.
On a mezzanine there is a relaxation area furnished with a sitting room and TV; on the sitting room there is a ceiling window that allows a particular view of the dome of the Cathedral of San Giorgio.

The sleeping area consists of two rooms: a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with access to a panoramic balcony overlooking the garden below and the city in front.

The accommodation is located in Modica, a UNESCO baroque town in the Val di Noto, in the province of Ragusa, in south-eastern Sicily. It is located in Modica Alta, a stone's throw from the majestic cathedral of San Giorgio, in the city's historic centre, 1 km from Corso Umberto, the noble palaces, shops and restaurants.
The neighbourhood in which the flat is located offers a beautiful view of the city and is very characteristic with its little houses, narrow streets and stairways.
Modica is a perfect starting point for visiting the baroque UNESCO heritage towns of the Val di Noto: within a short distance are Scicli (10 km), Ragusa Ibla (13 km), Ispica (18 km) and Noto (37 km).
The beautiful golden sandy beaches of Marina di Modica and Sampieri are 23 km away, and the Comiso 'Pio La Torre' airport is 42 km away.
