Small villa with heated swimming pool, a few minutes from the beach, ideal for a family with children Just 5 minutes from the sea and the magnificent golden sandy beach of the Gulf of Castellammare, 15 minutes from the "Terme di Segesta" to benefit from the boiling waters in the natural Sicilian woods, our house is close to the most important cultural sites (Ancient Theatre of Segesta, the Castle of the Counts of Modica of Alcamo, Trapani, Palermo) and also close to the most famous seaside resorts (the Faraglioni of Scopello - set of the film Ocean's Twelve - and the Oriented Nature Reserve of the Zingaro ) and mountain resorts where you can go hiking (Mount Bonifato, Alcamo, Erice).

Come and relax with your family in our house immersed in the green countryside of Alcamo to enjoy comfortable and relaxing holidays in a carefree way, far from the chaos and daily problems. The villa has a gated entrance where you have access to a parking area reserved for guests and a large courtyard that leads first to a small vegetable garden that we put at the disposal of our guests and then to the swimming pool that can be heated when you feel it is most appropriate.
The house is equipped with a veranda where you will find a comfortable wood-burning oven, a living room with a built-in kitchen and a gas cooker, a large and comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two, a double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with a beautiful and efficient hydromassage shower.
