The detached villa is surrounded by a 1000 square metre fully fenced garden, just 200 metres from the fine sandy beach. It offers great privacy and was newly built in 2014. It is ideal for holidaymakers who prefer wide, fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. The sea of Menfi was recognised in 1992 for its particularly clean beaches and excellent water quality.

The province of Agrigento......., with the exception of the Valley of the Temples, Sciacca and Menfi, is still a relatively unknown province of Sicily, although it is one of the most beautiful provinces in Sicily. For holidaymakers, it is the ideal place to combine thousands of years of history, art, culture and wonderful weather all year round. The sea water is clear and comes in different shades of colour. The long sandy beaches are framed by the Mediterranean scrub typical of Sicily. The province also includes three islands; the southernmost islands in Europe, Lampedusa, Lampione and Linosa; three pearls surrounded by a sea that ranges in colour from turquoise to emerald green and blue. The underwater world there is a paradise for divers. As in the whole of Sicily, traditions are cultivated in the province. The secrets of old trades are passed on to future generations. Many objects and sculptures in this region are made from cork, terracotta, wrought iron and wicker. One example of this is the ciaramedda, a Sicilian bagpipe, which requires a great deal of labour and is very rare.
