The finely renovated farmhouse has all the necessary comforts for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The interior is furnished with valuable furniture made by master craftsmen. For nature lovers, nearby it is possible to make excursions, also on horseback, to the Alcantara gorges and its mouth. VILLA FENICE STANDS ON THE HILLOCK OF SAN MARCO ONLY 900 MT. FROM THE SEA WITH A PANORAMIC VIEW FROM ALL SIDES: YOU CAN SEE THE SEA, THE CASTLE OF CALATABIANO, TAORMINA AND CASTELMOLA AND FINALLY FROM THE SOLARIUM YOU CAN ADMIRE THE MAJESTIC VOLCANO ETNA IN ALL ITS GRANDEUR.

It is divided into several areas: in front of the villa, coming out of the kitchen, is the traditional bbq area with dining table, followed by the children's playground area, the solarium with the relaxation area with jacuzzi and the gazebo with rattan dining table and gas bbq for happy dinners. Going down the stone staircase leads to another terrace that connects the parking area on one side and on the other side leads to the swimming pool area with its park. The whole area is fenced off with stone walls. The park, solarium, pool area and walkways are all equipped with an automated lighting and irrigation system. The pool area is closed from 01 December to 01 March each year for maintenance.
