Maison de campagne rénovée 2021 : piscine privée 8x4m, jardin clôturé, terrasse barbecue. 3 chambres + canapé-lit, cuisine équipée, climatisation. À 2 km de la ville, 1h des plages.
Cette maison de campagne rénovée en 2021 s'étend sur environ 130 m² et allie confort moderne et ambiance rustique. Elle accueille 8 personnes réparties dans 3 chambres (lit de couple et deux lits individuels) complétées par un canapé-lit, avec une salle de bain équipée d'une baignoire et toilettes extérieures près de la piscine.
La piscine privée à eau salée (8x4 m, profondeur 0,7 à 2,1 m) domine le jardin entièrement clôturé où vous disposerez d'une terrasse barbecue et de meubles d'extérieur. À l'intérieur, la cuisine équipée (plaques vitrocéramique, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, congélateur, lave-linge, cafetière) offre tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Le salon-salle à manger spacieux accueille vos moments en famille, et le Wi-Fi vous permet de télétravailler. Climatisation, chauffage par pompe à chaleur, cheminée et parking privé au sein de la propriété complètent les équipements. Situé à 2 km de la ville et de ses commerces, le gîte donne accès aux plages et principaux sites touristiques en moins d'une heure.
le 30/08/2024(+) : Lucia at Cubo's holidays was extremely helpful offering advice how to get the villa and provided friendly helpful service. The owners were absolutely lovely, accommodating and friendly even picking fresh fruit for us. Villa has everything we required, relaxing and peaceful surroundings and would definitely consider going again.

The pool was spacious and clean. The owner checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and also took care of watering the plants and trees.If we had any questions or requests, we were helped immediately. We were extremely happy with the villa. The location was perfect if you value peace and quiet!

le 05/05/2024Fantastische finca met mooie tuin en zwembad : (+) : De tuin is prachtig. Het zwembad is heerlijk. De barbecue was fijn. De ligging met uitzicht over het dal is ook heel mooi. Lekkere bedden. Veel keukenuitrusting, niet dat je veel zin hebt om te koken hier maar het kan wel! Service vanuit Cubo was ook heel goed, sleuteloverdracht ging soepel.

le 13/08/2023(+) : Logement très bien situé a 30min en voiture de n’importe quelle destination (Malaga, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmadena et Marbella)Pas très loin de Alhaurin el Grande ou on peut trouver toutes les nécessités.Je souligne aussi la réactivité de l’agence et bien aussi celle du propriétaire.Je recommande vivement, l’année prochaine je reviendrai sûrement.

le 29/07/2023(+) : We spent a marvelous moment at the villa. Ideally located to visit RondaGrenada (about 1h30 by car) and Marbella (about 30mns by car) with the water parcs. The host is a nice man who did his best to make our days as smooth as possible. There is a generous swimming pool and a great BBQ next to the patio. We highly recommend the villa.

(-) : So many trees around the 2 terraces, you do not have a good view of the nice environment, so maybe remove 1 big tree?

le 18/06/2022(+) : The villa is comfortable and well equipped. The gardens are especially lovely and make a lush background to the pool. The owner, Lazaro, was extremely friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. He kept the pool clean and the gardens watered during our stay and made sure that we had all we needed. Whilst rural, the house is less than ten minutes’ drive from the centre of Alhaurin el Grande. Almost anywhere you choose to dine outside the villa has views - either of the gardensthe distant mountains. The ambience was very relaxing. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen was excellent with all the equipment you could need. The setting was tranquil and safe. I would recommend this to friends and family.
