Piscine privée 5x10m, baby-foot, ping-pong, basket et barbecue couvert. Cette villa de 150 m² réunit tout pour des vacances en famille : 3 chambres, cuisine équipée et aire de jeux complète.
Cette villa de 150 m² réunit tous les éléments pour des vacances en famille réussies. À l'intérieur, trois chambres bien distribuées accueillent jusqu'à 10 personnes : deux avec lit double et lit simple, une avec trois lits simples. Le salon-salle à manger dispose d'une Smart TV, tandis que la cuisine indépendante est entièrement équipée (plaque vitrocéramique, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes). WiFi gratuit et accès Netflix inclus.
Le grand atout reste l'espace extérieur. La piscine privée clôturée (5x10 m, profondeur 0,6 à 2 m) bénéficie d'une exposition plein soleil. L'aire de jeux propose baby-foot, ping-pong, fléchettes, basket, buts de football et water-polo. Un barbecue couvert près du porche complète les aménagements. Toilettes extérieures près de la piscine pour plus de confort.
La villa est bien positionnée : à proximité d'échangeurs autoroutiers, du centre commercial La Trocha avec supermarchés et cinéma. À distance raisonnable de points d'intérêt comme golfs, parcs aquatiques, plages, parcs naturels et villes côtières (Málaga, Marbella). Climatisation, chauffage, parking inclus.

José le 02/01/2025Bastante buena : (+) : Amplitud de la parcela, actividades para los niños ( futbolin, dardos, ping pong, voleibol, fútbol). Espacio para las mascotas y la casa está bien.
(-) : Un poco más de limpieza en la cocina. Bajar el precio por las mascotas es un poco caro 10 euros por día y mascota.

Nicola le 18/04/2024Within 5 minutes easy drive of three beautiful villages! : (+) : This house is based within 5 minutes drive of Alhaurin el Grande, Coin and Cartama making it easily accessible. The grounds and property were well kept and well stocked. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It accommodated 2 families of 4 easily and we had a lovely stay here.
The pool area is lovely and well maintained. Shade has been added to the front of the house which was much needed at times. There had been a lot of thought put into activities for the children which was part of the reason we picked this house. The owner Johnny is a lovely man and was on hand for anything we required.
We would visit again.
(-) : The only thing we missed that we have had at other places was an outdoor gas hot plate/ griddle that we have had at other places and loved. But this was not a necessity.

Tiene bastante opciones de ocio para pasar el día entretenido y además las instalaciones son espaciosas y la zona muy tranquila. ¡En verano tiene que ser aún mejor!

le 19/08/2023Great villa for a family holiday!! : (+) : It is a remote villa, car is essential, but we knew this. It is only a 5 minute drive to the nearest restaurant and large supermarket. And a 30/,40 minute drive to the main resorts and airport. Villa itself was exceptional, 3 bedrooms, (1 ensuite), very fast broadband to handle all our devices and a well kitted out kitchen, with dishwasher, and washing machine. Lovely terrace and the pool is great. Just large enough for a short swim. It is 2m deep at one end, so you will need to keep an eye on younger kids, but it suited our older kids. Great experience all round! And the owner (who lives next door) is a delight!!
