The ideal holiday spot : (+) : This villa was the perfect spit for our family holiday. There is plenty of space for everyone, six adults and one baby in our case, to do things together or separately. The swimming pool is terrific and so is the location and the view!
And Antoñia was very helpful.

(-) : The dishwasher is too small for a large group and not in a perfect state!

Situé à 30 minutes de Malaga et Marbella, nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du lieu et la magnifique piscine. Le paysage est superbe et l'endroit est très calme. Une belle expérience globale.

So pretty : (+) : Toñi was a fantastic host, no problems with an out of hours check in, happy to show us around and was really friendly and welcoming. The villa stunning, beautifully decorated and is really clean and fresh, lovely sized rooms and plenty of room for our group of 10. The mountain views are unreal even when it rained it looked so beautiful. I like the fact that it's out of the way of the busy coast and in a gorgeous rural area. We made fresh juice from oranges in the garden and juiced some for breakfast. The pool was clean and cool with plenty of sun loungers and seating areas. Kitchen had everything you need. Everything is well maintained. We had a great time and hope to book again soon. I'd recommend booking via cuboshomes to friends and family.

Perfect vacation : (+) : We just stayed there for 9 days and I must say that it was a perfect vacation. The house has everything you need for cooking. The oranges in the yard were something else! A lot of places for dining. Cozy fireplaces. And the host was super friendly.

(+) : Alloggio come da indicazioni, spazio esterno molto grande. La piscina ottima ed anche il bbq all'esterno è ideale per mangiare all'aperto.Oltre alla lavatrice c'è anche l'asciugatrice (difficile da trovare solitamente).Villa non molto distante da Malaga ed altre attrazioni in zona, ideale come punto d'appoggio per spostarsi nelle zone limitrofe con l'auto.Ci sono ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

(+) : Wir waren Anfang August 2 Wochen. Pool und das klimatisiertes Haus war Perfekt um die fast 40 Grad sorglos zu genießen 😊An dem Haus fehlte nichts, sehr rustikal eingerichtet, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Gastgeberin ist sehr sehr nett, alles klappte wunderbar, Pool wurde alle 3 Tage gecheckt und gepflegt, was bei diesen heißen Wetter nötig war 👍Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Kleine Kindern dort, und würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus nehmen. Superlage, alles in der Nähe, großer Einkaufcenter „Carrefour“ sowie Lidl und Aldi. Nach Malaga 32min Marbella 38min.Vielen Dank Antonia, das wir das Haus nutzen durften und eine schöne Zeit dort verbringen durften. Saludos Paco y Familia

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm and warmth of the place, and it quickly became our home away from home.One of the standout features of this villa was its gated pool area, which provided the perfect oasis for our family to relax and have fun. Bonne localisation pour notre groupe où certains pratiquent la randonnée, d'autres le golf ou la plongée et pour ceux qui souhaitent être dans un coin tranquille.La possibilité de cueillir dans le jardin de la villa, des oranges fraiches pour le petit déjeuner est très agréable (sans oublier les citrons verts pour les ti-punch)Des vacances inoubliables.

a great accommodation for a bigger family : (+) : we are a big international American-Polish family and everyone found the place simply magnificent - the views, decor, utilities, garden etc.. The house is great, very comfortable, warm in winter, with the great friendly host (Thank you Toni for oranges, wood and check out process!). We loved everything there and most likely we will be back one year again.

Beautiful nice house with a good view. : (+) : Beautiful nice house with a good view. Nice owners. Enough beds/rooms (we were with 4 adults and 4 kids). You need a car to explore the country. Enough parking space. Nice pool. There’s an automatic fence so safe.
(-) : Sheets where a bit dirty. But there is a washing machine and dryer so no problem.

Great stay : (+) : Great place for one or two family’s. Lovely view, nice terraces. And a fence around the pool makes it more relaxt with young kids!

(+) : We had the most amazing time in this most beautiful villa. The owner was so very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Saying we could and did message her at any time. Showing us round the Villa when we arrived and went through everything in great detail. There are 10 of us and four bedrooms. We had two small grandchildren and we asked if they could set up a small bed in one of the bedrooms and it was no trouble at all . I can’t say enough about how fabulous the Villa is. It is so perfect. From the views, to the swimming pool and facilities. So many different areas to eat, drinkjust relax and soak in the ambience. I have never been somewhere so perfect. My three children and their partners who are in their 20s and 30s all said that they had the most perfect time and would definitely go back. We went out a couple of times to visit the surrounding areas especially enjoying a beautiful village called Mijas Pueblo but preferred to stay by the pool and enjoy the views. We had everything we needed there. We could play our music by the pool and in the evening as there are no neighbours to affect. The kitchen had everything you needed. There was also an outside kitchen and barbecue area which were used on several occasions.The only downside is that we only booked for a week. We could’ve easily stayed two weeksmore . I can’t recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be returning.

Escapada en familia de 10 : (+) : La casa está muy bien cuidada y con todo lo necesario.
Con la piscina vallada hemos estado mucho mas tranquilos con los niños pequeños y la distribución de la casa, el porche y la barbacoa genial para poder controlarlos en todo momento al tiempo que estábamos relajados
Los dueños muy atentos y cercanos, disponibles en todo momento por si necesitabamos algo.

Recomendable : (+) : Las fotos son fiel reflejo de la casa, fuimos 7 personas y era espaciosa, la zona de afuera comunicaba con la cocina, todo estaba muy limpio y confortable. La casa amplia y con muchas zonas de estar además Toñi encantadora, pendiente de nosotros y con mucha información para hacerte sentir a gusto. Fue una estancia agradable en todos los sentidos.

Villa grande con vistas maravillosas : (+) : La piscina muy valorada, en los alrededores hay muchas cosas y pueblos a visitar: por ejemplo El Caminito del Rey, Antequera, Ronda, la costa, Malaga, y muchos pueblos blancos. Es un placer de comer las cosas típicas de la región.
(-) : En la casa no había shampoo, gel de baño, aceite, sal y pimienta, carbon y bloques inflamables para BBQ, etcétera. Estaba indicado en el web que no habría, pero, sobretodo para clientes que vienen en avion, y llegan por la noche, es agradable y no mucho esfuerzo que encuentran las necesidades primarias.
Llegando, no había toallas sufficiente, como en las fotos. Las 2 lamparas sobre la encimera( grifo)estaban rotas. ( tienen que controlar esto antes que vienen los clientes) Otras lamparas no se apagan totalmente, ( en la cocina, pero tambien en 2 dormitorios, difícil dormir con la luz!). La cochera/porche sobre el BBQ había desaparecido, y el dueño ha comprado un sombrilla, pero es muy diferente. Me gusto más una cubierta en la zone de BBQ.. Cuando cambia algo, tiene que cambiar tambien las fotos en el web!
Quiero tener lo que veo en la foto.

Tranquillité absolue ! : (+) : La maison est très grande et circulaire. Avec toutes les salles de bains et toilettes pour une grande famille, c'est vraiment pratique.
Nous sommes un peu isolés mais à 5-10 minutes des commerces.

Great Villa, especially for families with children and grandchildren. Nice area for trips : (+) : We have had a great 9 days in the villa of Toñi. We were 7 adults and 2 small children (1 and 3 years). Very spacious villa with large outdoor area closed by electric gate and fencing. Nice swimming pool closed by a fence (ideal) with a beautiful lawn with artificial grass, play equipment available. Plenty of chairs and sun beds with pillows available. Large outdoor area with two covered seating areas (for shade) and windshield. Nice outside BBQ. Toñi had provided enough towels etc. She drove us the first evening just before closing time to a supermarket for groceries because the other day there was a holiday in Alhaurin el Grande and everything would be closed. After that we were able to save ourselves well, but we were able to ask her questions by phoneWhatsapp. You can make beautiful trips to Granada (130 km), Fuengirola (cable car and bird of prey show) Mijar (nice white town with the donkey taxi)to Malaga. Malaga is very beautiful, especially at night. Tuvimos unas vacaciones estupendas : (+) : "Tenemos, con 8 personas a plena satisfacción, del 13 de octubre al 21 de octubre de 2018 utilizamos la hermosa villa. No le faltaba nada, era una villa completamente amueblada con una vista fantástica y una piscina agradable y segura. También el dueño fue muy útil. Oficialmente, solo se podía llegar a la casa después de las 3 de la tarde, pero como ya estábamos en Málaga y con muchas maletas a las 8 de la mañana, no había ningún problema para ponerlos en la casa, aunque todavía tenía que limpiarlos. Debido a que la semana anterior había tenido un clima muy malo, la televisión se rompió, pero después del fin de semana tuvimos una nueva en el lugar. Tuvimos unas vacaciones estupendas y el propietario y la villa se merecen 10 de nosotros. Cumplidos"

Great views and outdoor areas : (+) : It is a really nice house and especially the outdoor areas are absolutely fantastic with terraces in both sun and shade all the time as well as delicious outdoor kitchen. The pool is perfect for play and ball games as it is not too deep approx. 100 cm at one end and 200 cm at the other end. We were there in early October and the pool was about 23 degrees which was fine. The location is good as you can drive to many interesting places within half an hour and the views are fantastic.

In the time between booking and arrival I had a few questions and these were answered promptly, politely and very helpful.. At arrival we met up with the owner at the office who then showed us to the house and gave us a quick tour.. The house is pulled back from the road and gated, which is perfect when you’re traveling with small children.. The house is beautiful and exactly like shown in the photos.. and the view from the house is absolutely fantastic.. The house was clean and well maintained.. The documentations process and communication with the owner was hassle free.. All in all everything was absolutely perfect and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect for vacation with family and friends : (+) : The house is perfectly organized to spend great vacation with small children and friends, the kitchen is directly connected to the outside patio where you can also use the outside “kitchen” (sink, bbq, plancha, wok...), the swimming pool is great also with some steps at the entrance (perfect for kids to go slowly within the water) and big enough to swim if you want to. It is protected by a fence so completely safe for the children!

We also really appreciated the availability of the owners when we had some questions!
(-) : The WiFi had some connection problems but we asked the owners and they were really quick to answer!

“Very friendly landlords : (+) : House with a beautiful view! Many seating options both inside and outside. Choice between different sun and shade terraces. Especially the own orchard with its own oranges was very nice. Every day fresh orange juice picked itself right from the tree. Pool is not heated so quite cold in the spring. We will definitely go back because we have not yet been able to explore everything in the area ... ”

The best I've ever had : (+) : “This house, it's bbq area and its views are some of the best I've ever had. Cubo homes as the reps were very accommodating to us arriving on a Sunday. Toni the host met us there and led us to the property. It is a little remote so you do need to hire a car. However what it lacks In nightlife is made up with a bliss and tranquil location in an amazing home. The pool isn't heated which we thought it was. However the bbq area is the best. Spacious and full off blankets, kitchen aids,, glasses and everything you need. The location is great in that it's only 30mins to marbella and malaga. Great for kids. We had a 5yr old and a 3mth and we had lots of room along with my brother staying too. Absolutely loved the place and highly recommend”

Allez y les yeux fermés !!! : (+) : “Magnifique villa située en campagne à 30 min de Malaga et son aéroport. Si vous souhaitez un séjour au calme c’est la maison idéale pour une famille mais aussi un groupe d’amis. Nous avons été accueillis par Toni à qui appartient la maison. Elle a nous a très bien indiqué toutes les adresses utiles dans la ville de Alhaurin El grande à 5 min à peine du logement. Son mari a été réactif tout au long du séjour. La vue est imprenable sur la campagne andalouse et ses champs d’Olivier. La cuisine extérieure est un grand plus nous y avons passé tout notre séjour. Rien à redire sur la propreté. Allez y les yeux fermés !!!”

(+) : Det er et virkeligt dejligt hus og især udendørsområderne er helt fantastiske med terrasser i både sol og skygge hele tiden samt lækkert udekøkken. Poolen er perfekt til leg og boldspil da den ikke er alt for dyb ca. 100 cm i den ene ende og 200 cm i den anden ende. Vi var der i starten af oktober og poolen var ca 23 grader hvilket var fint. Beliggenheden er god, da man kan køre til mange interessante steder inden for en halv time og udsigten er fantstisk. Hvis man skal sige noget negativt er det eneste, at madrasserne i det store soveværelse er meget hårde og at der mangler krus og lidt flere køkkenting, men det er småting og ændrer ikke ved at de skal have 5 stjerner.

(+) : Wij hebben een geweldige 9 dagen beleefd in de villa van Toñi. We waren met 7 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen (1 en 3 jaar). Heel ruime villa met grote buitenruimte afgesloten door elektrische poort en hekwerken. Mooi zwembad afgesloten door een hekwerk (ideaal) met een mooie ligweide met kunstgras, speeltoestelletjes aanwezig. Ook voldoende stoelen en ligbedden met kussens aanwezig. Grote buitenruimte met twee overdekte zithoeken ( voor schaduw) en windscherm. Mooie buiten BBQ. Toñi had voor voldoende handdoeken etc. gezorgd. Ze heeft ons de eerste avond nog net voor sluitingstijd voorgereden naar een supermarkt om boodschappen te doen omdat de andere dag er een feestdag was in Alhaurin el Grande en alles gesloten zou zijn. Daarna konden wij onszelf prima redden maar konden wel met vragen bij haar terecht per telefoon of Whats App. Je kunt mooie uitstapjes maken naar Granada (130 km) , Fuengirola (kabelbaan en roofvogelshow) Mijar (leuk wit stadje met de ezelstaxi) of naar Malaga. Malaga is zeer mooi, vooral ook bij avond.Kortom een onvergetelijke tijd gehad en een mooie herinnering aan ons 40 jarig huwelijk , nogmaals bedankt Toñi.fam. Very nice and spacious villa, with beautiful views,a nice garden and swimmingpool : (+) : We liked the swimmingpool, and the fence around the swimmingpool, because we have a little granddaughter.
We also liked the surroundings and the distance to the village and Malaga airport.

“Ons verblijf in Villa los javieles was geweldig! : (+) : Ze zorgden er meteen voor dat we ons welkom voelden. De villa is heel ruim en heel proper. Er zijn 4 mooie slaapkamers en een slaapbank in de hal boven. Er zijn 3 ruime badkamers in de villa en 1 badkamer is buiten voorzien (aan de buitenkeuken). Ideaal als je na een dagje strand u daar kunt verfrissen. Deze villa is heel geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. Er is veel plaats om te spelen. Er zijn speeltuigen voorzien voor de kinderen. Het huis is helemaal omheind. Ook het zwembad is omheind. Langs het huis is er genoeg ruimte om meerdere auto's te parkeren. Het is uitzicht is adembenemend! De bedden waren wel hard naar mijn mening maar dat is voor iedereen anders. We hebben in ieder geval een fantastische vakantie achter de rug en we komen zeker nog eens terug naar deze mooie locatie en gastvrije mensen! Proficiat met jullie prachtige woning!”

“Thanks for a wonderful two weeks in Andalusia” : (+) : “Our stay at Villa Los Javieles was delightful and we would stay again. We stayed for two weeks in late January. The pictures and description were an accurate representation of the Villa, but the Villa is bigger than expected, there were eight of us and we had plenty of room. The pictures cannot capture the breathtaking views of the valley and town they were spectacular! The house was very clean and all the appliances worked well the kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family, there were plenty of fluffy towels for bathing, the washer and dryer are located in the outside kitchen/covered porch area. The fourth bathroom is actually outside in this area as well (it is very nice too), it is convenient to take showers and go to the bathroom without having to track through the main house. The pool and pool area were lovely, even though the weather was too cool for us to use it. Toni, our host (she was awesome!), and the staff at Cubos Holiday Homes were extremely nice and helpful. Checking in and checking out was seamless. Town was very close and easy to get too we parked in an area behind the Supermarket Mercadona and walked around town. It is a good location to get to Malaga, the Beaches, Ronda, El Charro, Caminito Del Rey, and Gilbralter. You do need a car for transportation.”

Superb stay! : (+) : A wonderful stay. Great villa, lovely views, nice pool. It really has everything you need. The owners are local and very prompt. Would definitely stay again.

Una villa maravillosa con vistas espectaculares : (+) : Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en Villa los Javieles. Queremos destacar el magnífico diseño de la casa y el estado de la misma en cuanto a limpieza y decoración: impecable. Agradecemos especialmente a los propietarios el exquisito trato dispensado y las atenciones recibidas. Es remarcable el hecho de que se preocupen por el bienestar de los arrendatarios y que ofrezcan todo tipo atenciones, en nuestro caso concreto con el hecho de llevar niñas menores de edad. We want to highlight the magnificent design of the house and the state of the house in terms of cleanliness and decoration: impeccable. We especially thank the owners for the exquisite treatment and the attentions received. It is remarkable that they are concerned about the welfare of the tenants and that they offer all kinds of attentions, in our case with the fact of carrying underage girls. Thank you very much!
