Bonjour ! Nous sommes CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, spécialisés dans les hébergements de vacances depuis 2005.
Cette spectaculaire villa de luxe pour 12 personnes, construite en 2020, combine modernité et confort dans un environnement privé et exclusif. Entourée de murs hauts pour garantir votre intimité, la villa dispose d'un hall d'entrée impressionnant avec une grande verrière qui se connecte à une cuisine de rêve et un salon spacieux, moderne, confortable et élégant. De là, vous accédez à un espace extérieur idéal pour la détente : zone chill-out avec baby-foot, hamac, balançoire pour enfants, fontaine d'eau et barbecue, ainsi qu'un grand trampoline pour des moments inoubliables en famille.

À l'étage supérieur, une terrasse intime avec des meubles d'extérieur et des hamacs vous invite à profiter de couchers de soleil uniques. Les chambres sont disposées pour offrir confort et intimité : une suite principale avec de grandes baies vitrées et une ambiance éclairée par des LED, une chambre d'enfant avec un lit superposé et quatre autres chambres spacieuses avec salles de bains attenantes à l'étage inférieur, qui reçoit la lumière naturelle grâce à sa conception semi-enterrée.
La piscine privée est conçue avec un effet plage et dispose d'un système de vitres coulissantes de haute sécurité, idéal pour la maintenir ouverte ou fermée selon les besoins, en particulier pour la sécurité des enfants. De plus, la piscine est équipée de plaques et de chauffe-eau solaires qui augmentent la température de l'eau en été, faisant de chaque baignade une expérience unique. En hiver, la villa offre un chauffage par le sol à eau, assurant un confort exceptionnel dans toutes les pièces.
Pensée pour faciliter votre séjour, la villa dispose d'un toilette extérieur pour éviter de mouiller l'intérieur et est équipée de WIFI haute vitesse, climatisation centralisée et 6 téléviseurs avec TV satellite et PlayStation PSP, ainsi que des jouets pour enfants. Son grand jardin avec mobilier, terrain de basket, salle de sport, cheminée et système de sécurité avec alarme et caméra intégrée complètent l'équipement pour des vacances complètes et sûres.
La cuisine indépendante est entièrement équipée d'appareils électroménagers modernes : réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, four, congélateur, machine à laver, sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, grille-pain et presse-agrumes, ainsi que de la vaisselle et des ustensiles pour que rien ne vous manque.

Traduire cet avis ? le 29/07/2024(+) : Beautiful villa situated in a quiet area, we had three small children with us and the villa was very well equipped for them, everything you could need was there (high chairs / stair gates / travel cots / baby baths / toys inside & out. The neighbourhood was very quiet, we did not hear any other noise whilst staying at the villa which was great, but be advised that ideally you need to hire a car as the villa is remote (but within 10 min car journey from nearest town) the host was absolutely amazing, we contacted him serveral times during our stay, and no request was too small he went over and above to make sure our every need was met! Overall an amazing villa perfect for a family holiday! Thanks again.

Modern. Spacious, comfortable, pool was perfect. And had fabulous views of the sounding area. Both the agents and owners went above and beyond with communication, a friendly welcome And offered great recommendations. We arrived desperately needing R&R & that’s exactly what we got.

Sarah le 30/10/2023A fantastic stay : (+) : We stayed at the Villa as 2 families with 6 children combined (aged 2-8). The Villa was faultless and had everything, and more, that we could have wished for. The toy cupboard was an amazing unexpected addition. We all know if the children are happy so are the parents.
You will need a car at this accommodation due to the location. The beds were comfy and everything was in good working order. We would definitely stay again.

The kids loved the trampoline and swings while the gym and games area kept the adults happy too. We had a superb family holiday, many thanks to Fran who was extremely helpful and very responsive.

Non seulement elle est incroyablement belle, mais elle est aussi beaucoup plus spacieuse en personne. Mon séjour a dépassé toutes mes attentes, et je recommande vivement cette villa à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience exceptionnelle sur .

We are a family of 10 and in no way did we ever feel the need for more space, lots of different areas and activities available for everyone. The hosts were friendly and available if we needed anything - awesome place and we had an amazing time.

Villaen er mye finere enn på bilder, og uteområdet er helt fantastisk. Verten var alltid tilgjengelig og rask med tilbakemelding hvis det var noen spørsmål. Kommer til å leie villaen igjen ved neste anledning.

The Cubos team checking us in were really helpful and gave us all of the information we needed on arrival and on the run up to the stay. The welcome hamper was a nice touch too.
The villa was beautiful and perfect for a family. We had so much fun playing in the pool and with all of the games and children toys available at the villa.
The owner of the villa was in contact with us and did everything he could to help make our stay perfect (including helping us make an order from a local restaurant!).
We'd definitely come back here in future.
(-) : There really wasn't much room for improvement as the villa is perfect. Only small feedback could be to put some fans/AC in the gym as it was especially hot the week we were there. The AC in the rest of the house worked perfect though so not a problem. Also some more shade near the children swings could be good too.
le 09/07/2023(+) : Our recent stay at Casa Elena villa was an absolute delight for our group of 7 adults, 3 toddlers and a baby, particularly because it was incredibly toddler-friendly. Finding accommodations that cater to toddlers needs can be quite a challenge. However, this villa surpassed all our expectations, creating a memorable experience for the children and us.One of the highlights of our stay was the pool which has thoughtfully been designed for young children. The swings, picnic bench and trampoline space became a hub of entertainment and joy for the children, giving us parents a chance to relax and unwind while still keeping an eye on our child.The villa itself was a haven of comfort and convenience. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The villa is designed to a high standard throughout and well equipped, everything has been thought of!We highly recommend it to families seeking a peaceful retreat with little ones.

le 17/05/2023Fantastisch huis voor een vakantie met familie of vrienden : (+) : Wij verbleven een week met 6 volwassenen en 1 kind in deze prachtige villa.We hadden heerlijk weer en daarom konden we volop gebruik maken van alle buiten faciliteiten. Maar ook van de fitness is uitgebreid gebruik gemaakt. Het (wel koude) zwembad is omheind. Badlakens voor aan het zwembad liggen er ook. Voor kinderen is er ook genoeg te doen. Er is een grote trampoline en er staan doeltjes. Binnen is er een kast vol speelgoed met niet alleen spullen voor bij het zwembad, maar ook fietsjes en stepjes.Er stonden 2 kistjes met wat levensmiddelen waardoor we ons erg welkom voelden.Fran, de eigenaar, nam regelmatig contact op om te vragen of alles nog naar wens was. Ook dacht hij prima met ons mee.Ik zou zeker iedereen aanraden om hier naartoe te gaan!

The host fran was always on hand and when needed anything the maintenance man was there within 30 minutes. If you have a family they have thought of everything. 2 cribs, 2 bunk beds, stair gates indoors and security around the pool. The childrens supplies was just outstanding. Beautiful home

The owner was particularly helpful and always available if needed. We had a local power cut on one morning and Fran, the owner, went out of his way to assist us. Not his problem but he communicated with the power company and kept us informed. He also arranged for a maintenance man to come out and assist us. Excellent service.
(-) : More kitchen utensils and dishes. Basic supplies like milk, hand soap etc. we arrived late in the evening and this would have been helpful

Everything went very smoothly and the Cubo’s staff even managed to get us an earlier check in. Excellent service
(-) : A small detail but we did fund Juan’s taxi charges very steep. 20 Euros from the town to Villa when every other taxi company charged no more than 8 Euros.
Also he charged us 90 Euros for taking us to the Villa from town then 45 minutes shopping. Again expensive Don’t mind paying a fair amount but done like to feel we are being ripped off.
For the villa … maybe an iron ?

(-) : The pool was cassified as heated but it was quite cool, especially for young children. The weather was quite hot which helped to warm it up a little. There is a limited number of plastic plates and cups so we had to carry glassess and ceramic plates outside which can be risky if dropped.
Margaret le 15/05/2022Family holiday : (+) : Omg, what a villa, the photos on the website were a true reflection of the actual villa. From the moment we arrived we were speechless. The amount of space, the bedrooms, the views of the mountains in the morning at breakfast were breathtaking, the villa caters for adults and children, the owners had a cupboard full of toys which my granddaughters loved. The outdoor bar and bbq were amazing and the whole outside lit up beautifully at night.
You definitely need a car as it is quite remote but we loved the peace and quiet and the fact you weren’t being looked at.
The two swings and trampoline kept my grandkids busy all day, the hammock also kept the bigger kids(adults) occupied as well.
(-) : The only issue we had was that we didn’t have warm water for everyone showering.
Clare le 19/08/2021Amazing Villa with an even more Amazing host : (+) : The villa’s layout is very comfortable for all group sizes and specially for large groups as most rooms are ensuite. The main living areas are close together (kitchen leading on to main dining area, you can see the pool clearly etc..). The villa is absolutely superb for little ones with the optional glass gated pool, 2 swings and trampoline. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

(-) : No sabría decir. Quizás en ocasiones un baño del semisotano tiene un olor a tuberia.
