Cette maison rurale spacieuse accueille jusqu'à 8 personnes dans un cadre de tranquillité. Elle dispose de 4 chambres : trois avec lit double et une avec deux lits individuels, toutes équipées de climatisation et d'armoires. Deux salles de bain complètes assurent le confort de tous.
Le cœur de la maison est son grand salon-salle à manger avec cheminée, prolongé par une terrasse couverte. La cuisine entièrement équipée (plaque vitrocéramique, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, machine à café) permet de préparer vos repas. L'extérieur offre une piscine privée de 14×7m (profondeur 1,2 à 1,81 m), un terrain clôturé pour l'intimité, un barbecue, des meubles de jardin et des hamacs. Un parking couvert est réservé.
La maison bénéficie du wifi, du chauffage et d'une situation à 5 minutes du centre-ville et des commerces, permettant une détente rurale avec tous les services à proximité.

Excellent stay
(+) : Highly recommend this villa. We had a fantastic stay and cannot wait to return next year!
* Perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet.
* Large, private, gated grounds that felt very safe.
* Beautiful fruit trees around the property.
* The 14m private pool was the highlight of our holiday.
* Plenty of outdoor seating in both the sun and shade, plus a great BBQ area.
* Spacious villa, ideal for larger families with plenty of room for everyone.
* Excellent air conditioning.
* Well-equipped kitchen with lots of crockery, cooking equipment, dishwasher, oven, grill and microwave.
* Plenty of space for washing and drying clothes.
* A car is essential due to the location, with shaded parking for two cars.
A big thank you to Pedro and his family for regularly maintaining the outdoor areas. We had an issue when the electricity tripped because we overloaded it, but Pedro responded immediately and resolved it very quickly.
A wonderful villa for a relaxing holiday. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location, very private and a beautiful villa
(+) : The location is excellent. The villa is very traditional and well-appointed. WiFi and AC both work well. The villa is well laid out with the bedrooms separated from the living area. The gardens and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The pool is very large. The arrival process with the Cubos staff was excellent t, very efficient and with a lot of much appreciated local advice!
(-) : We would recommend this villa. However, it does now need some maintenance. The pool handrail is loose and could be dangerous. There are several areas of missing tiles below the waterline in the pool. Some of the sun loungers are now showing their age and dl not recline properly/easily. The pool underwater lights did not work. There is a need for an electrician to properly make safe some of the circuits in the house. All of this is minor, and easily fixed by the owner.
