Villa 180 m² pour 10 personnes avec piscine chauffée (28-30°C), terrain de beach-volley, cuisine d'été et lit balinais. Jardin clôturé, 4 chambres, parking couvert. Idéale pour familles et groupes.
Cette villa de 180 m² accueille confortablement 10 personnes dans 4 chambres (trois doubles et une chambre pour 4 personnes) et 2 salles de bains. La cuisine indépendante, entièrement équipée (plaque vitrocéramique, four, lave-vaisselle), ouvre sur le jardin et la montagne. Le salon-salle à manger dispose d'une cheminée pour les soirées d'hiver.
L'extérieur invite à la détente : jardin clôturé avec arbres fruitiers et oliviers, lit balinais pour quatre personnes, transats et parasols. La piscine privée chauffée (9×5 m, 1 à 1,8 m de profondeur) fonctionne d'octobre à avril sans surcoût. Cuisine d'été équipée d'une plancha et réfrigérateur pour les repas en plein air. Zone récréative complète avec terrain de beach-volley, paniers de basket et but de futsal.
Parkings couverts pour 3 voitures, climatisation, chauffage par pompe à chaleur, wifi et télévision multilingue inclus. À proximité : centre-ville et commerces à quelques minutes, Plage du Bajondillo (14 km), Aéroport de Málaga (12 km), Lauro Golf (6 km).
Jacky le 02/01/2026Lovely stay christmas : (+) : We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location is excellent, and the house itself is beautiful with plenty of lovely seating areas. It is perfect for two families, and everything you need is available in the house. The heated pool during Christmas was a great bonus. Communication with the Cubo agent was very pleasant and smooth. Highly recommended!

le 06/05/2024(+) : Hele mooie plek, vooral de tuin en het verwarmde zwembad zijn super. Binnen zijn er wel wat kleine gebreken maar aangezien we bijna constant buiten verbleven was dat geen probleem.

Nice and comfortable bedrooms. we enjoyedstay and very happy.

The outside space is perfect for families, and we loved the amount of space we had. Gorgeous pool, comfortable options for lounging (both inside and out!) Great communication with the host, and very minor issues were resolved very quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Traduire cet avis ? le 06/08/2022(+) : We had a lovely time at the Villa. The photos don't do it justice. The pool is the perfect temperature and the garden is the perfect place to relax. It is quite far from the centre of Malaga, about a 15-20 minute drive. But if you are looking for a quiet area and not planning to go into the centre every day/evening, its perfect. Antonio is a very friendly and accommodating host.

David le 09/08/2021Buena Villa en zona tranquila : (+) : La casa corresponde a la perfección con las fotos y descripción del anuncio, Antonio muy amable y predispuesto a lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Muy bien de limpieza y en resumen una estancia muy agradable.
(-) : Lo primero indicar que todo lo que expongo lo hago a modo de mejora y jamás cómo crítica, ya que mi estancia ha sido satisfactoria.
Detalles a mejorar:
El congelador de la cocina exterior estaba completamente congelado y con bloques de hielo enormes. Tuvimos que desenchufar la nevera y al día siguiente limpiar y volver a enchufar. Recomiendo tener el congelador al mínimo para que no les suceda más.
No hay ningun tipo de sombrilla para poder poner en la piscina o en la zona de comida exterior, en nuestro caso al ir con una persona con movilidad reducida nos hubiera venido bien para poder ponerla en la piscina y tener algo de sombra.
El menaje de la cocina muy completo, sólo me faltaría un escurre pasta.
La tv de la cocina no tenía señal.
Elegimos esa casa por ser de una única planta debido a que íbamos con una persona en silla de ruedas, para este tipo de personas sería fantástico si el acceso a la piscina se pudiera realizar con una pequeña rampa, ya que tiene anchura de sobra la escalera. Lo mismo para la escalera principal, con esos dos pequeños detalles la casa estaría adaptada mucho mejor para personas con discapacidad.

Traduire cet avis ? le 17/09/2019(+) : We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het huis is ruim genoeg voor 8 personen, jammer dat er maar een douche is,eigenlijk het enige minpuntje. De keukeninventaris is erg uitgeberied. Het buitengebeuren is perfect o.a. buitenkeuken, zwembad en de twee loungebanken. De ligging van het huis is prima, vlakbij meerdere supermarkten, vliegveld , de stad Malaga, wel heb je een auto nodig.
