Newly renovated holiday home in 2021, with newly created swimming pool and pool area.This cozy holiday home is located away from the daily hustle and bustle but not far from the sea and the beautiful beaches.This holiday property consists of a house on two floors and a very nice outdoor area.On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living / dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with underfloor heating), a separate toilet and the entrance area from which you have access to the terrace and the internal staircase which leads to the 1st floor. If required, the living area has a sofa bed for 2 people, a smart TV with satellite connection and a PlayStation3 game console. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature.On the first floor there are three bedrooms and another bathroom (with underfloor heating) available to the guests of this house. All three bedrooms are equipped with televisions (SmartTV) and air conditioning. One of the three bedrooms has bunk beds and two have double beds, one of which also has a cot. Two bedrooms have access to the balcony and a sea view. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets.The very pleasant outdoor area consists of a front terrace and the centerpiece behind the house, the 32 m² swimming pool and a wonderful pool area.
