Frank le 11/05/2026Fantastic for Large Group : (+) : Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements excellent. Three new and clean bathrooms. Very functional kitchen. The views of Lisbon from the living room balconies were outstanding. Excellent location, short walk to many restaurants and shops on Liberdade, Principe Real, Bairro Alto, CHIADO.
(-) : The door to the street does not fully close and latch if you do not pull it shut. Many other guests did not pay attention to this, and we often found the door unlatched.

The location was perfect- a different part of Lisbon than we had previously stayed at and had so many more places around. The parking was easy with lots of options, the land was flat which made moving our stuff easier, a friendly coffee shop and market right downstairs. The Italian restaurant by there was SO good as well. It had plenty of space for me & my guests with such an inviting inside. Beautifully decorated and felt like home. The host was so responsive, friendly & helped with every need. I can not say enough great things about this place :)

Lots of beds, could accommodate more people if people don’t mind trundle beds. The place is older and could use some updating, freezer didn’t keep thing frozen and not all bedroom doors fully close…..minor things. Not a lot of sound protection from room to room, small issues. Overall it was a prefect place for our family trip. We used the location as a home base and were very pleased with our stay especially the location.

The 3 bathrooms is great but as with a lot of houses, the water temperature and pressure isn't great if all the showers are being used at the same time. We could clearly hear the upstairs apartment talking and moving around above us as well as up and down the stairwell but I'm sure they could probably hear us too.

The apartment was centrally located and walking distance to multiple shops and cute cafes. There was plenty of space in the apartment for my group with clean and comfortable accommodations. I loved that the front door had a keypad which made it easy to come in and out when coming home late. There were fans in every room (no air conditioning) which was fine for my friends and I as we were visiting in April and it was a bit cooler. All in all a great stay! I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Lisbon!

However, one bathroom struggled with keeping hot water when more than one person was taking a shower. Check-in with the host was easy, but responses to follow up questions were slow. we had no serious issues so the response issue ended up not being of consequence. Great place to stay all in all.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our trip, very attentive and willing to allow for bag drop off before check-in which was very useful and much appreciated. The surroundings are hilly but very much manageable with the main city centre around 20 mins walk away. Train and tram stations are also nearby at 15 mins walk. The apartment was clean and well maintained - gave the feeling of home away from home. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend!

They gave us a full tour of the apartment, which is absolutely huge and beautiful, with views from three sides, from the terrace, you can catch a distant view of view of Castelo de São Jorge. The place was spotless and well-maintained. It's also in a fantastic location with everything you need just nearby. Highly recommended!

A lovely area, a small convenience shop for essential and serval breakfasts and dinner spots to enjoy. A great place to stay super light and airy, it's on my list should we need to come again.
