Senj is an old Croatian seaside town rich in history and culture.
It is famous for its medieval resistance to the Turks and Venice. A whole series of well-known artifacts, such as city walls, towers and the most famous Nehaj tower, originates from that time. Today's guest of the city has the opportunity to visit these historical monuments and museums located in these areas, especially in the Nehaj tower.
Senj is located between the high, mythical mountain Velebit and the sea, and because of its location, it is extremely interesting as a tourist center. It is located on the sea, it is known for its ten beautiful, natural pebble beaches (Draga, Điga, Spasovac, Ujča, Voda, etc.), wonderful small coastal towns that seem to have remained in some past times (Lukovo, Klada, Starigrad), a wonderful natural monument, the submerged Zavratnica fjord.
Senj is also the starting point for trips to two, very close to Senj, the beautiful mountain national park Plitvice Lakes and the Northern Velebit National Park, whose wild mountain peaks offer incredible views that take your breath away!
Velebit is a mountain whose value and beauty was recognized by UNESCO and included in the world heritage. The Velebit Botanical Garden, the famous Premužić Trail, the Bear Sanctuary are "must see" places that will be remembered forever!
The source of the Gacka river with its mills and gastronomic offer is also nearby.
Senj is an excellent starting point for active tourism, hiking, photo safaris, wildlife observing, mountain biking, fly fishing, hunting, simple walks with panoramic views of the sea and islands and, of course, swimming on the beaches.
After a busy day, Senj offers many opportunities to spend a pleasant evening in excellent restaurants, cafes or night bars.

This villa is located on the very edge of the city, in complete peace with a wonderful panoramic view of the entire North Adriatic with islands, which allows for complete rest in a peaceful environment with a view of the sea, which is 300 m away from the villa. If you want crowds, parties, evening walks, in two minutes by car or ten minutes on foot, you can reach the sea or the city center, which is alive until the early hours of the morning.
The villa provides complete comfort for about 10 people located in 6 large rooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, 2 kitchens, which makes the stay easier and gives a dose of privacy on 330m2. The house is air-conditioned, has 5 terraces overlooking the sea, some of which offer complete privacy. An outdoor kitchen with a covered area for socializing and a large, landscaped garden give this villa additional value. On the ground floor there is a wellness area: sauna, hydromassage heated pool, billiards and outdoor pool. The holiday villa provides an intimate atmosphere with rich equipment and spectacular views in all periods of the year!
