Cette villa mitoyenne spacieuse combine confort moderne et détente en plein air. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous découvrez une cuisine entièrement équipée avec plans de travail en marbre noir poli, ouverte sur un élégant espace de repas et un salon doté de deux grands canapés. Deux chambres avec lits simples convertibles en doubles, salle de bain partagée et toilettes séparées complètent cet étage. L'étage abrite la suite principale avec balcon donnant sur le lac vers la frontière espagnole, doublée d'une salle de bain attenante avec douche et baignoire.

BEVERLEY J. le 17/09/2026Villa : (+) : Villa Laranja is a superb property that we return to year after year. It’s a spacious property recently refurbished to a high standard., it’s perfectly located to explore the east Algarve and over into Spain.
(-) : We struggled with WiFi connection in some parts of the Villa further away from the living room.

The location on a golf course was ideal for us and it is tucked away in one of the quietest spots possible. The standard of decoration,fittings and furniture was superb for both inside and in the garden and we could not have asked for more.

Dominic le 12/08/2024(+) : Beautiful tranquil area, villa and pool very clean and spacious. If you’re fit and active you’ll love the walking. Car hire is important to explore the towns and to get to supermarkets for food shopping. Supermarkets are close by, by car.
