INTÉRIEUR
L'entrée de l'appartement vous accueille dans un grand salon coloré avec des canapés confortables et un fauteuil relaxant avec un repose-pieds, accompagné d'une table de salle à manger robuste en chêne et de chaises, avec une table basse assortie, idéale pour des soirées cosy ou des repas plus formels. La cuisine attenante est spacieuse et bien équipée, intégrant une gamme attrayante d'appareils agréablement intégrés, parfaits pour la cuisine à domicile. Le couloir central mène à 3 chambres joliment décorées et comprend 1 chambre principale avec un lit king size et une salle de bain attenante/baignoire, et 2 chambres avec lits jumeaux partageant une deuxième salle de bain avec une cabine de douche séparée. Les grandes portes-fenêtres de la cuisine donnent sur une table circulaire ornementalement carrelée avec des chaises, en faisant un endroit parfait pour le petit-déjeuner, ou un lieu pour se détendre et profiter d'un ou deux verres.
AMENITÉS EXTÉRIEURES
La terrasse donne sur la piscine partagée des résidents, parfaite pour une trempette rafraîchissante à tout moment de la journée. Bien entretenue, l'eau est fraîche et propre, offrant une opportunité d'exercice matinal pour les adultes, ou un divertissement pour les enfants à la fin d'une journée à la plage !
STATIONNEMENT ET ACCÈS
Il s'agit d'un hébergement privé et les invités pourront accéder à toutes les zones annoncées et utiliser toutes les installations annoncées. L'appartement est situé au premier étage avec accès par ascenseur. Accès à un espace de garage privé. Des rampes pour fauteuils roulants sont installées sur le côté des escaliers.

The complex itself is very peaceful with everything you need a few minutes away. This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and would definitely stay again.

It was like a happy face greeting us every morning. If possible I would like a night light in the bathroom that has no windows, a table in the kitchen, and directions in English for the washing machine😁 That’s all I can think of, and none of those things marred our stay. Everyone was very helpful, the cleaners were terrific! 😁

Allocated underground parking ( that is actually easy to get in and out of) which keeps the car nice and cool and no worries about finding parking on the street. Lift or stair access. The apartment is light and airy and has a lovely feel to it and has everything you might need. Also it is at the end of a building so no one walks past your door and outside space. Would thoroughly recommend. Another perfect stay with Smartavillas - immaculately clean apartment, excellent communication and such helpful and friendly staff. Would never use anyone else.

The layout of the house is ideal for 2 couples or families with older children. Everything is furnished with a lot of charm, the kitchen is well equipped.

Lovely views, regular sightings of dragonflies & swifts. Amble fruit trees of orange, lime, apple & pomegranate. A few locals around, yet very limited WiFi - slight mobile signal in corner of garden. Mosquito haven - ensure to pack all mossy protectors! One of the bedrooms is outside separated from the flow of the villa, which with children could be a concern. Car certainly needed - simplyrent.pt - nearest small convenient supermarket in Santa Catharina. Lidl & Aldi in Tavira. Easy parking in Tavira, 20mins drive & meter parking, free after 7pm. Catch ferry (every 30 mins) to Tavira Island, lovely sand and Caribbean vibe but choppy Atlantic ocean. 1hr drive to Bengali caves - fun kayaking.
Villa is well equipped. Smartavillas highly efficient and helpful throughout stay following two powercuts. Pool cleaned during stay but no notice on days due so taken by surprise - It is not heated but refreshing. Washing machine & tumble dryer in villa. Terrace great for star gazing, bath with hot water on terrace (not a hottub).
Recommend Maria's Tuk Tuk in Tavira & visit Vidal Brito on road to villa, which shows how the villa's terracotta floor tiles are handmade.
David S. le 12/08/2024(+) : Everything about the apartment was excellent. Perfect location. Being ""picky"" A double bed in one of the bedrooms would have been welcomed and perfect. A pity the owners again decided to return for a short spell at fairly short notice, as I would have been happy to negotiate a long-term stay and guarantee an advanced annual rent.

Although somewhat remotely located, the villa is in a tranquil area and is very well finished, with excellent clean pool, well equipped kitchen (and outside dining area) & comfortable beds. The layout may not suit families with small children, but it worked well for us. We did visit a number of local beaches and towns, but it was also nice just to enjoy the relax on the terrace and enjoy the pool. The welcome gifts, although smaller than some houses we have rented, were appreciated. I would certainly recommend the house to anyone thinking of a break in this part of the Algarve.

Shaun le 12/08/2024(+) : Oasis of tranquillity. Rural area but only 20 min drive from Tavira, the villa is a perfect place to escape and kick back from the day to day life. Outside there was plenty of space to enjoy the pool, eat or relax in the shade of the outside dining area.
