Cette villa familiale s'étend sur quatre étages, nichée dans un quartier prestigieux avec vue panoramique sur la ville et la mer. Elle propose cinq chambres et cinq salles de bains, offrant un confort optimal pour dix personnes. Le rez-de-chaussée accueille un hall d'entrée, un salon avec terrasse-balcon, une salle à manger élégante et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Le premier étage dispose d'une chambre principale avec salle de bain attenante, dressing et balcon avec vue mer, complétée par deux autres chambres. Un étage supérieur offre un coin lecture avec accès à la terrasse panoramique. Le niveau inférieur renferme un deuxième espace de vie avec grand salon TV, deux chambres additionnelles et deux salles de bains.
L'espace extérieur prime ici : la piscine de 12x5m est entourée de transats et bordée de pavés calçada traditionnels. Un bar entièrement équipé avec glaçons et réfrigérateur à vin surplombe la piscine. Deux espaces de repas en plein air, barbecue traditionnel et grill à gaz moderne permettent des repas en famille. Le jardin sécurisé et arborisé comprend une table de pique-nique et un bassin de poissons orientaux. Un parking sécurisé accueille jusqu'à quatre véhicules.

A wonderful family stay
(+) : We had a wonderful week in Tavira and look back on our stay with great pleasure. From the very first contact, communication with the rental organisation was pleasant, clear and well organised. The arrival and key handover also went smoothly, which allowed our holiday to start in a relaxed way.
The accommodation was a lovely place for our family. It was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time together. The swimming pool was a real highlight, especially with the children. There was enough space to eat together, relax and still have a quiet moment when needed. A place we would be very happy to return to on one of our future visits to Tavira. Tavira already had a special place in our hearts, and this stay has only made that feeling stronger. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!
(-) : Everything in the house was functional and worked well. One small point of attention is that the interior and the bathrooms could perhaps be brought a little more up to date. This did not affect our stay, but it would make the accommodation feel even more comfortable and modern.
We would also recommend checking the fridge, as it leaked during our stay. Because of the water on the floor, we had to be careful not to slip. Apart from that, everything was practical and worked perfectly fine.

A beautiful family villa
(+) : A very comfortable villa with stunning views. The pool area and gardens are particularly lovely. We would definitely stay again.
(-) : A few small things would make it a little easier for catering for a party of 7 eg a filter coffee machine and a larger toaster but apart from that all other kitchen equipment was plentiful and great.
Additional blankets in each room would also be appreciated.
