Ce penthouse en duplex conjugue espaces intérieurs et extérieurs généreux. Au niveau inférieur, deux chambres avec salle de bain privée (douche à l'italienne) et salon/salle à manger ouvert proposent tout le confort nécessaire. La terrasse spacieuse accueille canapés et zone de repas couverte d'un auvent, équipée d'un barbecue en brique traditionnel. Un petit escalier mène au solarium supérieur avec vue océan, idéal pour les transats.
L'appartement bénéficie d'une climatisation, cuisine équipée, lave-linge, WiFi et chauffage. Les équipements de cuisine incluent four, micro-ondes, machine à café et bouilloire. Accès à la piscine collective (12×5m) réservée aux résidents au cœur du bâtiment. Situé au 3e étage (accès par escaliers), à moins de 500m de la plage et du centre-village, commerces à proximité. Stationnement gratuit en rue. Draps, serviettes, eau de bienvenue et accès Internet inclus.
Bridget le 02/06/2026Perfect place for relaxation : (+) : The accommodation is excellent, comfortable and clean and its location so close to the main river-front restaurants and cafés, as well as the boat to the beach, is perfect. Cabanas itself is an ideal location for a relaxing, quiet holiday. If has great train and bus connections to other towns if you want to do a day trip. All round excellent location and accommodation.

Negatives: poor knives in the kitchen. Extremely cold flooring inspite of otherwise warm rooms.
Colin M. le 12/08/2024(+) : The inside of the apartment is quite small, has one bathroom and is up two flights of stairs - but don't let any of that put you off. It is very well equipped and very comfortable. The real selling point, however, is the outdoor areas. Dining, BBQ, comfortable seats on one level and then a sun deck up top!!! Excellent.
