Appartement de plain-pied face à la piscine commune (20x8m) et jardins, terrasse privée avec repas en plein air. Accès direct aux plages et restaurants du village de pêcheurs. Idéal pour 4 personnes.
Cet appartement de plain-pied allie confort et convivialité dans une résidence balnéaire prisée. L'espace de vie ouvert, baigné de lumière naturelle, s'ouvre sur une terrasse privée ombragée idéale pour les repas en plein air. La cuisine, bien équipée avec bar petit-déjeuner, facilite la préparation des repas. Deux chambres offrent du repos : la chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche ; la seconde chambre comprend 2 lits simples et une salle de douche séparée. Climatisation et placards dans les deux chambres.
L'accès direct à la piscine collective (20×8 m) à eau salée et aux jardins bien entretenus crée un environnement paisible. Sa position d'angle garantit l'intimité et la proximité des zones communes. Le stationnement en garage souterrain avec ascenseur privatif complète le confort. À quelques minutes à pied, restaurants, plage de sable et embarcadère pour l'île se trouvent à proximité immédiate.
Jenny le 02/02/2026Quiet winter let. : (+) : Ground floor suitable for disabled. Access avoiding steps. Close to shops and sea front. Very comfortable king size bed. Large t.v. Linen change. South facing terrace. Quiet in winter.
(-) : Use king size duvet cover! Fridge is very noisy, better oven pan. Medium frying pan. Change microwave, it is rusty under glass dish. Lower shelves as too high to reach. More light in lounge, higher watt bulbs. Rug on floor by sofas.

Opmar has a great pool area too.

Lynn R. le 12/08/2024(+) : We stayed here for 12 nights in September. The space and particularly the outside space was very good. Unfortunately the property and its contents are very dated. Most of the outside furniture is tired and damaged and needs updating. The shower in the bedroom with the little en suite was essentially useless as the shower head repeatedly fell off the wall. The mosquito screens on most of the doorways were ripped and provided no protection. We enjoyed our stay in Cabanas but the accommodation was disappointing. Not good value for money.
