Cet appartement de plain-pied combine confort et détente dans un cadre paisible. L'intérieur chaleureux se compose d'un salon-salle à manger avec meubles en chêne, d'une cuisine équipée ouverte par une cloison en verre, et de deux chambres doubles : la première avec salle de douche privée, la seconde partageant une salle de bain. Un atrium privé meublé offre un espace intime pour les repas tranquilles.
L'extérieur invite à la détente : terrasse ombragée avec table et chaises, jardins paysagés d'oliviers et d'arbustes, et accès direct à la piscine collective 20x15m dotée d'une section peu profonde pour les enfants. L'ensemble est sécurisé par un portail. Depuis les hauteurs de la résidence, vous jouissez d'une vue sur la ville historique et l'océan.
L'emplacement privilégié place la ville de Tavira à courte distance à pied, avec accès facile aux restaurants, boutiques et au ferry pour l'Île de Tavira. Le stationnement gratuit en rue complète cette base idéale pour explorer l'Algarve à un rythme détendu.

Fantastic week away
(+) : Smartavilla’s amazing service as always, condo was perfect for a weeks relaxation, everything you need is on hand, situated right next to the pool.. a few of the days I was the only person around the pool for hours gym located right next to complex which our son used everyday. If you are happy to walk and get your steps in this is perfect..

(+) : Apartment Polka was a great stay. We spent 5 weeks there. It was big enough for us to host a dinner party for 8, yet intimate enough for the 2 of us. Well equipped too!
It was a good walk into the centre of town, even with the 118 steps up and down from the complex to the main road.
We used Tavira as a base for further travels to Seville and the Albuferia region.
If you do not have a car (we had our bicycles) it is easy to walk to all points in Tavira. Uber and taxis are fairly available.
The apartment itself suited our needs and the Smartavillas folks are the best!
