Cette maison de ville moderne s'organise sur plusieurs niveaux pour accueillir confortablement 6 personnes. Au rez-de-chaussée, une chambre avec lits jumeaux, un salon et une cuisine ouverts inondés de lumière naturelle, puis un patio avec grande table extérieure et auvent rétractable. À l'étage, deux chambres king-size avec salles de douche privatives complètent l'espace de vie. Toutes les chambres disposent de rangements spacieux, stores occultants et climatisation.
La terrasse de toit panoramique est le cœur du bien : transats, espace de repos avec réfrigérateur, et jacuzzi avec vue imprenable sur la Ria Formosa et l'Atlantique. La cuisine est entièrement équipée (four, plaque à induction, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur), et internet est disponible. Stationnement gratuit en rue devant la maison. Le supermarché est à 2 minutes à pied, la place principale avec restaurants à 15 minutes, et la plage à 5 minutes.

(+) : Casa Margarida is a wonderful base to explore the Algarve. We were here for five weeks and loved it.
The unit is very well built, spacious, functional, nearly new and very well equipped. It’s well located, in a quiet residential neighbourhood, an easy walk to the train, to the village, and quick easy access to roads and highways and walk to the Ria Formosa trails. The various decks are great for quiet sun shade as required.
It is extremely well furnished and very well equipped. The beds are exceptional for rental accommodations and the owners have equipped and decorated to a high level.
The town of Fuzeta has everything you need for basic living for weeks at a time, whether you walkdrive. Day trips by train are simple and low cost, Tavira train stop has a Lidl and Aldo within sight of the station.
There are wonderful restaurants here in Fuseta, the newest Bistro Memorias, is tiny but truly exceptional. Coffee and Pastel de Nata by the beachat Pastelaria Trindade on a square in centre of town is very special.
There is peace here, warm friendly people, and great nature.
Casa Margarida is the perfect recharge cure for too much busy modern civilization. Book early and stay as long as you can.

Casa Magarida
(+) : Spacious, clean and well presented property in a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of outside space on each level and the rooftop jacuzzi was fantastic! Also, the beds were extremely comfortable with quality linens and there were also plenty of towels. We arrived in the evening and as we entered the property, the lamps were on throughout, which was a welcoming touch, plus the two little bottles of wine and water were much appreciated! We would definitely stay here again.
(-) : Although the kitchen was stocked well with utensils for meal prepartion and also for cleaning, having the basics such as pepper (there was table salt) and Olive oil would be helpful. Also, having a pull-along shopping trolley would make life easier for guests who have not travelled by car.
