Description : Appartement 3 chambres Poble Sec, près du Port
Cet appartement de 3 chambres accueille jusqu'à 5 personnes dans un cadre résidentiel tranquille du quartier Poble Sec. Vous disposerez d'une chambre avec lit double, une deuxième chambre avec lit double, et une troisième avec lit simple. La salle de bain complète, les toilettes séparées, et une cuisine entièrement équipée (plaque vitrocéramique, four, micro-ondes, lave-linge, cafetière, bouilloire) facilitent un séjour autonome. Climatisation, chauffage, WiFi haut débit et TV écran plat complètent les équipements. Serviettes, draps et sèche-cheveux sont fournis.
Parfaitement connecté aux transports : deux stations de métro à 3 minutes (Parallel et Drassanes), bus direct vers les plages à 2 minutes. Les Ramblas, le Port, le Marché de la Boquería et le Monument de Colomb sont accessibles en 5 minutes à pied. L'entrée automatisée permet un accès sans clés. Un parking couvert est disponible à proximité (15€/jour, non inclus). Support multilingue 24h/24 en cas de besoin.

Very unhappy and disappointed with his apartment.

The small room by the entrance smelled so much like cigarettes that we had to keep the door closed for the whole stay and could not use it.
The balcony door was broken and would not lock, which was especially unsafe for my young daughter who could easily open it and be in the balcony unattended.
There is a coffee table in the living room whose top very heavy glass was loose, making it also really unsafe, especially for children.
Chairs were old and stained.
Baby chairs were also old and presenting food stains.
The overall state of the apartment is very old and no room was properly clean.
The kitchen was missing essential appliances and utensils, let alone that many of the plates and cutlery were dirty from previous guests.
The WiFi stopped working one day before our stay ended and would not be fixed in time before we left.
So again, I’m very unhappy and disappointed that we chose to stay in this apartment which made our Christmas 2024 not a happy memory as we expected.

Very good apartment
(+) : The apartment is confortable, clean, nice furnitures and decoration.
It has a good location, close to the Port, the Rambla, the metro.
Very close by, you can find a grocery store and cafe restaurant.
A parking is near the apartment. You have to leave the car inside.
Be careful if you leave your car outside. I left my car outside for a few minutes in the morning. I didn't see the machine to pay for the place for less than 2 hours and the municipal pound (grua) took my car. It costs me more than 200 euros.
So you can leave your car in the parking, it will cost 36 euros for 3 days if you leave your car, and go to the desk(not at the machine, it is more expensive).

You can warn the tourists about the municipal pound (grua) in Barcelona, which takes your car very quickly,if you are in a green zone ,
