Description de l'appartement : En entrant dans l'appartement, les hôtes sont accueillis par un salon spacieux et lumineux avec des portes vitrées s'ouvrant sur un petit balcon aménagé avec une table et des chaises. À côté du salon se trouvent la salle à manger et la cuisine entièrement équipée, comprenant un espace buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. À ce niveau se trouvent trois chambres : la chambre principale avec un lit double et un dressing, et deux autres chambres doubles avec lits simples. L’une de ces chambres est accessible par un escalier en colimaçon, déconseillé aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou aux jeunes enfants. Une salle de bains moderne aux finitions en marbre blanc et en verre complète ce niveau, alliant style et fonctionnalité.
L’étage supérieur comprend deux autres chambres doubles mansardées, conférant à l’espace un cachet particulier. On y trouve également une salle de bains complète avec douche, offrant confort et intimité à tous les occupants.

Apartment was beautiful, well laid out with excellent facilities, kitchen, bathrooms, wifi, hairdryers, cleaning products etc. Location excellent just round the corner from Playa De Catalunya, Las Ramblas etc. Although in a busy area, once in the apartment it was very quiet and peaceful. Security to the building was good. Marco was very helpful at check in, nothing too much trouble. Would definately stay here again.

Being on Placa Catalunya meant easy travel on trains and buses as well as many taxis being available nearby.The apartment was exactly as described, lots of rooms and good space. The decor was Barca chic and the furniture and facilities were fantastic including a good smart TV with multiple content apps for when you needed to relax. It was also great that the apartment block had two lifts which is unusual in Barcelona.The only downside was that one of the bedrooms had no A/C, the team were quick to help out with a fan but it didn't reduce the heat in the room. As a result we used the extendable living room couch/sofa for sleeping which did mean less living space as children needed to go to bed earlier.All in all a very good apartment, which for us was in a location that couldn't be bettered.

The location was incredible and was walkable to many restaurants, bars, and just around the corner to the best shopping (La Ramba). There was so much to do and it was so easy using the as our home base while exploring Barcelona. The apartment itself was very spacious for the 5 of us and the host was incredibly helpful walking through everything we needed to know, along with lots of great local recommendations! It was such a great experience that I would recommend again in a heartbeat!

He gave us a detailed tour of the unit as well as verbal and written instructions for everything! which was great. Overall the place was centrally located, easy to access, and safe. High point: locationFYI/add'l info: we had a large group and requested additional towels for a fee. We each had one set but requested an additional set bc we'd be there for a few days. Size, while there are plenty of beds only 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms upstairs are a bit tight. TV remote, we bought batteries for the tv remote and it still gave us trouble. Overall good experience and would recommend.

Imanol was a brilliant host and made our experience in Barcelona incredibly easy and enjoyable. Imanol was able to arrange an early check-in for me at 08:30hr, which allowed me to leave off my bags and take a nap before my friends arrived a few hours later. The apartment itself is in a brilliant location and a lot of the main areas we wanted to go were in walking distance. It also basically has door to door accessibility to the airport via the A2 bus, which only took about 25 minutes to get to Placa de Catalunya. There are lots of nearby restaurants, bars and shops.' />

It's in the heart of city with easy walking access to most everything in the gothic quarter and the metro is right there as is the airport bus. The location could not be better. We also thought the unit worked perfectly for our family of 6 with everyone getting a bedroom and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax when back at the apartment. Overall, it was a great stay!

El Nacional is within walking distance among a lot of other shops and places to check out. Highly recommend booking this place if its available for your future stay. One block away on Carrer de Casp street we found two great local restaurants- Moussol and Casa Carmen. Awesome food and atmosphere away from the tourist crowd. 24hr market and great coffee shops are nearby. Easy and safe location. Beautiful interior design.

Apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Small balcony was a plus to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. Entrance to the apartment was safe and easy. Fantastic communication. Would highly recommend!

Very comfortable space and allowed the 4 teenagers to spread out. 2. Washer/ dryer was a huge plus as we packed light and with 4 teenagers waking 7-9 miles a day did our share of laundry. 3. Supermarket across the street made it possible for us to buy fresh seafood and other goods to cook at home a few nights. 4. Great location at the heart of things. 5. Short walk to the Parc De la Ciutadella and the beach. Thanks!

Kids had an area and each set of parents did as well, with room to spare. We appreciated the convenience to the metro stations and also being able to walk to so many fun and beautiful places!! Communications were always responded to quickly and made everything go smoothly.

This location is also the starting point for three walking tours recommended by Rick Steves, the travel guy. It is also in comfortable walking distance to tour buses, metro, grocery shopping, high end shopping (Prada, Chanel, Louie, Burberry....etc) a Mall plus an airport shuttle bus stop. Ours was a vacation for eight (8) mature Ladies. Plenty of common space for us to gather to eat and/or plan our daily adventures. The kitchen and laundry area were more than adequately stocked - beautiful appliances, dishes, glasses and silverware. The apartment looked just as advertised on the website. If we are fortunate enough to return to Barcelona, this is definitely where we would choose to stay. The minor issues we had, were promptly solved by our host.

Victoria communicated well and answered all email promptly. Check in was also very smooth. They also recommended a car service "cars Deluxe" that was great. We will stay here again!

Less than 5 minutes from where you get of the airport bus, so no hauling luggage, messing with maps or general faffing about! The kitchen is well equipped and there is a really well stocked supermarket across the road, literally, downstairs in the El Corte Ingles, or a smaller one a few doors to the left of the main entrance of the apartment. It was exactly 1 minute walk to where the Airport bus stops. It's location is the best, right in the middle of 2 metro stations, 15 seconds walk to the Catalunya station, and 1 minute walk to Passeig de Gracia station.
