Cette villa d'exception bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié au cœur de la marina d'Albufeira, offrant des vues directes sur les bateaux entrant et sortant du port. Les 5 chambres, distribuées sur 2 niveaux, accueillent confortablement 10 personnes. Au rez-de-chaussée, un spacieux salon/salle à manger avec mur entièrement vitré s'ouvre sur la piscine et le quai. La cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bain et une chambre individuelle complètent cet étage. À l'étage, une chambre double et une chambre twin disposent chacune d'une salle de bain attenante, tandis que 2 chambres supplémentaires partagent une salle de bain séparée. Toutes les chambres possèdent un petit balcon privé.
Le jardin entièrement clôturé accueille la piscine 6x3 m (chauffage possible sur demande), une terrasse spacieuse et une grande aire de repas avec barbecue mobile. Un parking couvert privé (1 voiture) est accessible via portail automatique. La salle de jeux au sous-sol, équipée d'une table de ping-pong, offre un divertissement en famille. Mini-marché et restaurants sont à proximité immédiate à pied. La plage de Sao Rafael se situe à quelques minutes en voiture.

(+) : Well, first question is would I stay here again - and the answer is a definite yes* subject to the sunbeds being replaced!
Great Location, clean and functional Villa, good Aircon, with most of the amenities you need. Great views of the marina, we loved having coffee every morning on the terrace watching the boats in peace and quite before the kids woke up.
5 mins walk from a small Spar supermarket and strip of decent restaurants and bars. 20-25 min walk to the larger Intermarche. Uber into the new town was between €5-8

I really did love this villa (apart from the sunbeams)
(-) : *Sunbeds! Only 2 which were usable, 2 were wood beds missing their cushions and 2 were white plastic sunbeds which were sagging and really uncomfortable. Please just replace with a total of 8 good quality loungers!
Cheap wine glasses cracked the moment you touched anything or put them in the dishwasher - We replaced 5 with good quality wine glasses - Problem solved...
Beds were a bit cheap and squeaky, but did the job.

A very enjoyable stay !
(+) : Location on the Albufeira Marina was wonderful, restaurants and a shop within a very short walking distance. Short taxi ride into the old town. Accommodation was very clean and the team to contact, with any problems, were quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay. Many thanks
(-) : Pool was much smaller than we thought from the pictures. Should be described as a plunge pool and also is not heated and doesn't get the sun until late in the day to warm it either. Was a shock to get in even in August ! That was our own real disappointment.
