For Golf lovers, this is the ideal apartment, just 700 meters from Dom Pedro Pinhal Golf Course. Falésia Beach is a 6-minute drive away.
This apartment is located on a ground floor and has a beautiful view over the pool and gardens.
It is equipped only with air conditioning in the living room, but it cools down the whole house, and it’s decorated to provide a comfortable environment for your dream holiday in the Algarve.
The apartment has 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom, both overlooking the pool and garden. Each room has a bathroom attached, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
It has a living/dining room with a sofa bed, which is very comfortable and has an LCD TV, 500mb fiber optic Internet access and a nice balcony with outdoor furniture for alfresco meals, with a pleasant view over the pool and the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with some extras, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, for a relaxed holiday. It also has a balcony, where you can enjoy your breakfast overlooking the pool.
There is a pizzeria 20 meters away, as it’s inserted in the other block of the condominium, and a supermarket, cafes and restaurants, just 350 meters away.

The Municipality of Loulé - Vilamoura applies the following tourist taxes to all guests over 15 years old:
- Low season - between November 1 and March 31 - €1 per night per person up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights per stay/person;

Lovely Stay : (+) : The location is ideal, a little further out from the main centre of Vilamoura but is quiet, and walkable with a nice footway and supermarket on route. A few local restaurants and bars which are reasonably priced too.
Accommodation was spacious and well provided for our stay. Internet connection speed was very fast.
(-) : Nothing major but a book of personal recommendations of things to do/see and local restaurants would be useful (the welcome information was more centred on Albifuera). Information on refuse bin disposal, we never did find where to deposit so used the next apartment block bins.
