Villa de 100 m² avec piscine privée chauffée (3×4 m) ouverte toute l'année. Terrasse de 30 m², jardin, climatisation, barbecue et cuisine équipée pour 4 personnes.
Cette villa de 100 m² accueille confortablement 4 personnes dans 2 chambres, chacune avec salle de bain privée. La piscine chauffée (3×4 m, profondeur 1,4 à 1,8 m) est accessible toute l'année. La terrasse de 30 m² prolonge l'espace de vie vers le jardin aménagé avec mobilier.
La cuisine est complètement équipée : plaque vitrocéramique, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, cafetière, grille-pain, micro-ondes et bouilloire. Le salon bénéficie de la climatisation. Vous disposez également d'une lave-linge, d'un fer à repasser, d'un sèche-cheveux et d'une connexion wifi. Le barbecue permet de profiter du jardin en toute convivialité.
Le parking extérieur (même bâtiment) facilite l'accès. Pour plus de confort, des prestations optionnelles peuvent être réservées à l'avance : petit-déjeuner avec livraison (40 €/jour) et chauffage complémentaire (10 €/jour).
CRAIG le 21/08/2026Great holiday at Villa Marisol : (+) : If you're looking for a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of The Strip, but still within walking distance, then look no further than Villa Marisol. Located in a lovely quiet residential area with total privacy in the large grounds and pool area, but only 10/15 mins walk to bars and Lidl supermarket. (Wee tip - after the 'big shop' at Lidl, pop in for a refreshment at The Corner Bar and the friendly staff will be happy to call you a taxi to get the shopping home!)
Sarah and Andres (and Gina!) were so helpful at every stage of the booking process, and respond to any queries very quickly - cannot praise them enough!
The villa is very well stocked, the couches are very comfy (which is not always a goven on villa holidays!) and the pool area is total sun trap.
All in all, we would highly recommend Villa Marisol and Country Villas Lanzarote - and we are already planning our next trip! Thanks a lot guys!!
(-) : Not a big deal at all but there were a few pool balls missing, and the table was a wee bit close to some of the bushes (or maybe I just need to lose soe weight) :-)x
