Caroline le 16/08/2024We had a fantastic stay at Cinzia. We received a message from her a couple of days before we would arrive, to tell us that there was some ash and lapilli because of an Etna outburst. But by the time we arrived everything was cleaned around the house and in the pool. One unit consisted of a ktichen, living room (with ac), two bathrooms and a bedroom (with ac) downstairs and a bedroom (without ac) upstairs. From the bedroom upstairs we had a magnificient view on the Etna (including a beautiful view on a smaller outburst when we were staying there). Then there's also a second building with a third bedroom (with ac), third bathroom and second kitchen / living room (with ac). To get from the first building to the second you have to cross the little parking space.Cinzia was a great host. She had a lot of nice suggestions to do in the neighbourhood and it was very easy communicating with her. She and her husband live on the same premisses as where the units were. The pool was great and the garden surrounding the buildings is huge and lovely. The location is good, with Giarre/Riposto at about 20 minutes by car and Catania and Etna were about 45 minutes away.
