Site rêvé pour qui souhaite allier tranquillité et proximité des grands sites touristiques du Val de Loire (Amboise à 10 mn, Chenonceau, Chaumont et son Festival international des Jardins, Cheverny, Blois, Chambord, le Zoo de Beauval...) sans oublier les vignobles réputés d'Amboise, Vouvray, Montlouis, les sorties en bateau sur la Loire et les promenades dans la campagne alentour (à pieds ou avec des vélos à assistance électrique). Propriété arborée privilégiant la biodiversité (refuge LPO) où un terrain de 1600 m² attend les jeux des enfants qui pourront aussi rendre visite aux moutons évoluant selon la technique de l'Eco Pâturage offrant un environnement leur permettant de conserver de merveilleux souvenirs.

Although we have been to the area before this was the first time near Amboise. An absolute must are visits to the Chateau Gaillard and the Manoir du Clos Lucé, both wonderful historical sites. Also the glass blower at Chargé- Patrick Lepage - wonderful glass pieces. A river trip from Chaumont with Millière Roboton also a wonderful experience. All these visits proposed by the superb host. A fabulous gite, beautifully furnished and with the added benefit of air conditioning in the bedrooms. Well equipped and a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture, games, table tennis and table football. A really interesting history of the house and its renovation, a history of the war years in Cangey and a family history all meant the entire stay was superb. I would highly recommend a stay at this fantastic gite."
