perry le 17/03/2026We truly appreciate the professionalism and support from imanol and macro. for this trip, we booked two apartments and stayed together as a family. during our stay, we encountered an unexpected flight cancellation, which could have been very stressful for us. however, the host was very helpful and responsive, and helped us extend our stay and arrange everything smoothly. this support really made a big difference for us. the apartments were comfortable and well located, and communication was always quick and clear. there was a small issue with the hot water at one point, but the team responded quickly and helped fix it, which we appreciated. overall, we had a very positive experience and would be happy to stay again in the future.

Traduire cet avis ?sigrid le 01/11/2025Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der wohnung! besonders, dass die küche so gut ausgestattet war, ausreichend gläser und teller für fünf personen. der check-in verlief reibungslos, nur, dass man bei einer späteren ankunft einen aufpreis zahlen muss, fand ich unnötig. die wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, nur fünf minuten bis zu u-bahn und bus, am ersten tag gingen wir sogar zu fuß zur sagrada familia - ca. 40 minuten. der strand war zu fuß in 10 minuten erreichbar, top-lage und sehr viele verschiedene lokale und supermärkte in unmittelbarer nachbarschaft. klare empfehlung!

Pod blokiem cudowny sklep z owocami i warzywami, mięsny i piekarnia z pysznym pieczywem, słodkimi wypiekami i kanapkami. Sklep całodobowy 50m od apartamentu. Przystanek autobusowy pod blokiem. Tramwaj 100m dalej. W okolicy dużo restauracji. Marco wszystko nam wytłumaczył i poczekał na nas 40 minut w dniu zakwaterowania.

Marcelo the agent was superb, he contacted me directly a few days before we arrived, handled any requests we had and was always contactable throughout our stay in Barcelona.
On arrival we were met by Angelo who gave us a tour of the apartment and tied up any loose ends, such as city taxes.
The apartment itself was perfect for my family of 5 adults and 3 teens.
The kitchen, lounge and dining area were spacious and we enjoyed great city views from the balcony. Sleeping arrangements worked well with 3 twin rooms and one double master room ensuite.The apartment also had a large bathroom and seperate WC.
The apartment is located in a great part of Sant Marti and is only a 1 minute walk to Fluvia tram stop with Selva de Mar metro only 5 mins away also.div

Abends haben wir auf dem Balkon den Abend mit einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Einen herzlichen Dank an unsere Vermieter und ihr Team.

Het appartement is ruim: perfect voor zes tot acht mensen. Rustige buurt, op wandelafstand van het strand. Verschillende goede eetzaken in de buurt: o.a. La Bella Vitta (Italiaans) en Fisterra (Galicische keuken).

Our host Marco was fantastic; I appreciated his constant communication and his setting up an airport transfer for our party. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The apartment itself is in a convenient location being only a block away from a tram stop. We also found multiple eateries, a coffee shop, a bodega, and a grocery store within a short walking distance. Across the street is an expansive park. The building has three elevators which provide a quick ride to this 12th floor penthouse. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment as well -- kitchen, great room (living &x; dining), bedroom with 2 twins, and 1/2 bath on the main floor and 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each, hall bath with shower and laundry closet, and spacious main bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath with shower/tub combo on the lower level. Being here with 5 women I was happy to say we all had enough space. The accommodations were beautiful. Loved being a short walk to the beach and the public transportation. If I come back to Barcelona again I will definitely be trying to stay here. Imanhol and Marco were great hosts and very accommodating with recommendations and any needs that arose.

He explained everything about the place and sent clear directions prior to arrival on how to get there from the airport. The flat itself was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to come home to a place with AC after a hot day in BCN. Marco was nice and quick to respond. The area is also nice. The week we stayed there, there was a week long festival happening at the park across the street so it was a fun way to end the night. The flat is very close to the tram and bus lines. It was super easy to get around. We definitely recommend this to everyone.

He explained everything about the place and sent clear directions prior to arrival on how to get there from the airport. The flat itself was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to come home to a place with AC after a hot day in BCN. Marco was nice and quick to respond. The area is also nice. The week we stayed there, there was a week long festival happening at the park across the street so it was a fun way to end the night. The flat is very close to the tram and bus lines. It was super easy to get around. We definitely recommend this to everyone.

It’s away from the really heavy tourist attractions but jumping on the subway got us to all the great places really fast without having to worry about parking. The free underground parking lot was perfect for our medium sized van. The huge tv and WiFi were perfect for the family to enjoy a couple movies. We’ll stay here again when we return to Barcelona!
