The Penthouse was spacious and had wonderful views. The location was perfect for accessing the Gothic Quarter via all modes of transportation. The parking space was key as parking is not easy to come by in Barcelona. Imanol and his staff were very friendly and helpful with any of our needs and arranged for transportation from the airport when we arrived. It was very clear and simple. A great start to our family holiday!

This is a lovely apartment in a great location, Poblenou, which we know well and love. It is easy to get around Barcelona from this area using bus, metro and tram. Being on the top 2 floors, the views are spectacular and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the early morning. It was hot when we were there and the air con worked very well so we were able to stay cool and relaxed. The hosts were very attentive and helpful throughout, from pre arrival, through check in and dealing with a couple of issues that arose. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for a quite neighborhood this is perfect. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. If you travel by bus, there’s a station right outside the building entrance. My group of 6 stayed here for 5 nights. There’s plenty of space for us! The apartment was well maintained— including the furniture, appliances, beddings, towels, etc. The balcony faces the north-west side. You get a great view of the city and the mountains. You can also see the Sagrada Familia from a distance on the left side.Our host, Marco, was very welcoming, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend this place!

We were five scientists attending a conference in Barcelona and booked this beautiful flat. It was clean, spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and great markets nearby. We could walk to the conference center and other transportation very close by. Excellent support from the landlady. We will book this again!

This was the best choice we could get. Service was kind and prompt. They offered additional services like transport to and from airport (for a fee) which was really helpful. The apartment was clean, super comfortable, great size, all the needed amenities, rooms were comfy and clean. A 15 minute walk to the beach and in a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Hello Everyone If you are reading this and this appartment is available for your dates, I urge you to book ASAP. Surprisingly the pictures do not lie and the views are exactly as seen, the bedrooms and bathrooms and everything is just perfect. Even i was pessimistic before booking but once i got there i was blown away at the accuracy. The kitchen and all the appliances listed are all there to use and work amazingly well. The air conditioning is powerful and amazing when its hot. Location, the area is nice and quiet with some great local supermarkets and shops for your food and other needs. 15 min walk to the beach, 10 to 20 euros taxi ride to La Rambla, or if you prefer the metro then the station Selva de Mar is a 5 min walk and will have you on La Rambla in 20 mins. You can see agbar tower and mount tibidabo from the staircase balcony which offers a great sunset view, and the appartment balcony offers a great su

Comfortable and located in a modern sector of Barcelona. Within easy reach of all the major landmarks and nightlife, but far enough to enjoy a great night's sleep. Awesome charcutería next door where we bought loads of top-of-the-line Iberian patanegra 5J ham and great cheeses. Air conditioning was awesome and the balconies were great for relaxing. Wifi was perfect.

This apartment was such a lovely place! It is spacious and comfortable. It is in a convenient location, with shops and metro stops within a walking distance to make traveling around the city extremely easy.

The beach is around 15 mins walk with plenty of sightseeing along the way.

We were a group of 8 people between 20 and 24 years. The apartment is spacious and very modern, was very clean and reflects the photos! The building is about 800 meters away from the sea and it is pretty quiet. The owner was very nice and told us where we could find a Shopping centre (5 mins by foot) and some delicious restaurants. There was also free WiFi. We would not hesitate to go there again - it was great!

Nice and spacious apartment very close to metro station. The apartment was neat and organized.

The staff working there was great, always willing to provide information and recommend us places to eat. The heating works very well and dryer was a plus!

I would recommend this apartment for families or groups wanting to spend some time together.
