I had to pay a €500 charge when I got there, they removed €130 from this for no reason. The apartment was left as it was found. They charged me for marks in the oven and hob which I did not use. Please be careful booking this property as they charge you a cleaning fee for no good reason. There was one 2cm mark on the floor which I had moped. They also do not provide any cleaning materials like dusters cloths or bathroom cleaner no toilet bleach and then charge an excessive amount with very little evidence of the apartment left unclean. When I arrived the windows were dirty which I cleaned and the blinds cannot be used because of the dust in them. It is a central location with no privacy as you cannot lower the blinds because of the unclean state they are in. Yet they charged me €130 out of my deposit for an apartment I left exceptionally clean better than I had found it. If you book it take pictures of everything as they will charge you a fee for any microscopic fragment left behind

We enjoyed our stay in this very centrally situated apartment. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our week long ski holiday.

Excellent location, close to ski lifts and restaurants/shops, very nice views of the mountains and the main square in Morzine.

The flat was very central and close to everything including the ski lifts with great views of the surrounding valley and overlooking the central square. There was also a balcony overlooking the ski slopes, the beds were comfortable, kitchen was fine all in all very good value! We arrived on time and whilst not particularly welcomed the children were told to pay a 500€ deposit and that they had to make their own beds, strip them, clean the flat at the end of the stay or pay 90€. Normally the deposit is paid to so I hope it is returned in full. Not a problem but would have been good to know in advance as they might not have had the funds to pay so a good job I was there.We were given a welcome pack consisting of 5 dishwasher tablets, some floor cleansing sachets, one small sponge, a bin bag and one toilet roll (there were two bathrooms!) and no soap - so this was disappointing. Otherwise all very good especially for 2 individuals or two couples.

Lovely apartment : Great location, so handy to the town centre shops and ski lifts. Beautiful inside and had everything we needed.

L’appartement est idéalement situé en plein cœur de Morzine, zone piétonne, place de parking privé. Le logement est au pied des pistes et de toutes les commodités (restaurants, bars, boulangerie, office du tourisme, école de ski, location d’équipements de ski…). L’agence a répondu à l’ensemble de nos attentes. Merci pour votre accueil et amabilité. Mon conjoint, notre fille de 4 ans et moi avons passé une excellente semaine. Notre fille a particulièrement apprécié les livres qui sont mis à disposition et quelques jeux.

The apartment was really pleasant and location was excellent. : You should really upgrade the shower a bit. Buy and install shower bar where you can hang the shower and also buy longer shower hose, it was impossible to take a proper shower with current setup.

Also I would consider buying a set of smaller plates (for breakfast and bread etc.), otherwise the kitchen equipment were good and there was enough of them.
